Die Eigentümer haben vor ungefähr 40 Jahren angefangen Antiquitäten und Gemälde von Namenhaften Künstlern zu sammeln und diese im Hotel zu präsentieren. Unsere technischen Geräte wie TV und Telefone halten wir natürlich immer auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich habe Ihr Lob natürlich an meine Kolleginnen weitergeleitet. Dear Mr. Tulchynsky! Normally I would apologize to my guests if they aren’t happy with the room or our hotel. Luckily this does not happen very often. You booked a single room with one bed for 75€ per night. When you arrived in the middle of the night, as a couple, my colleague gave you a double room, with two seperate beds, considering you did not arrive alone. After half an hour you came back and complained about the room because you wanted a double bed. You never mentioned anything about a smell, just that you wanted to change rooms because you didn’t like the separate beds. Now comes the part were I really have to apologize because my colleague showed you a room that is being renovated, hence the smell you have been complaining about. The second she noticed her mistake she showed you a different room. You saw the room maybe for two minutes and never stayed there because it is under construction. Because all our other rooms were booked and nothing else was available she had to give you our big suite. She certainly did tell you that the room would cost more but that there was no other option than either staying in the first room or pay extra to get the suite. The next morning after you both enjoyed a full breakfast, we wanted to prepare the bill for you, you did not want to pay for the second guest (which you didn’t book in the first place but who slept in your room) and furthermore you did not understand why you had to pay more. After a long discussion I had no other choice than calling the police. Even when the police arrived you did not see a reason to pay for the second person and the room you stayed in. In the end I just gave up and the police told me it would be best if I gave you the suite for free and just bill you for the second person because you didn’t seem to understand why you had to pay more. I am mostly sorry for my staff who all work very hard everyday and try to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. Our hotel does not appreciate or tolerate disrespectful behaviour toward our staff and stand by our team. Best wishes, Andrea Biró Hotel Management

Dear Guest! Our elevator is not and was never broken. Our rooms are just on the third and fourth floor! In Austria we generally do not have stronger air conditioners- we are sorry that your room was too humid. Dear Sir, We feel very sorry about your unpleasant feeback. That there was a problem with the credit card machine that day is right, but that the aircondition was not working is not true, it did work! Concerning the room you "had not booked" we have to tell you, that you booked a standard double room and you got a standard double room, but you would have had the possibility of paying a surcharge to the next higher room type.
