Great location as it is walking distance from the old town and places of interest. The building has a lift too. We loved this homely space - it is our favourite accommodation this trip. Thank you! "

"The apartment is very new and in excellent condition. Its location is excellent-close to parking, shopping and walking to the sights in Old Town. We received clear instructions on the aforementioned parking and for the check-in procedures. Also important for us this time, as we have been travelling for a while, the advertised laundry facilities were actually access to a washer and dryer not just laundry services done by someone else. "The furniture and bedding look tired and dated, but the apartment itself is spacious for the four of us, clean, tidy, comfortable and warm (we were there in mid-November). It is in a great walkable location very close to the Old Town of Saravejo. Communication is excellent. Problems were sorted out with a smile and apologies within the hour. We found everything we needed (including a shoe horn!) in the apartment. "

"It was a terrible experience . We booked this hotel and when we reached no one was there to open the appartment . We have been calling hotel . Com and the owner himself . He didn’t pick up his phone . We have been roaming around on the roads till late night and had to book another hotel to stay . He himself never bothered to contact us . We have filed complain against him and filed for refund."

"Location is great, communication with owner was very good she greeted us with keys on time. Few things could be changed, towels were old, open pack of coffee that was half way used was left for us (obviously did not use it) since this place is providing coffee, each stay should get a new pack. Sponge for dishes was used and old had coffee grains in it. Otherwise a nice location. Walkable to all tourist places and restaurants. Parking avails for 10 euros a night. "
