We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great stay! The staff was very helpful when our tv wouldn’t work and replaced it promptly. The pool was very nice and refreshing after a long hike! We had a pet room and it was very clean and had no smell. After seeing all the recent reviews I was worried, but a horrible stay wasn’t the case for us. Would stay again!

We chose this hotel because it has pet- friendly rooms and we have a little puppy. We arrived after a long drive and I sprayed some sanitizer before putting down a thick puppy pad and wire pen for him to relax in. The paper towels I used to wipe up the sanitizer came up so filthy that we ended up keeping him in his crate. As we looked around the room we saw that although the sheets and pillows looked clean the blankets etc. had dirty shoe marks on them so we took them off the bed. The wall next to the nightstand had some sort of liquid spilled on it that hadn't been cleaned up. There was hair in the bathroom that was not ours.Ew. There was a disconnected flat screen tv sitting on the floor in a corner. All the doors had grime on them and the curtains were full of holes. We contemplated going to the store to get a mop and some cleaning supplies, but it was after 11 pm and we were so tired after our drive. The puppy had slept in the crate during the drive so he was getting fussy but we didn't dare let him roam around the dirty room. I didn't want him to bark and disturb our sleeping neighbors so I ended up bringing him back to the car, driving to a deserted side street and spending the night in the car. I didn't even unpack. In the morning we got ready as fast as we could and went to the family party we came for. When we returned that night our keys did not work. I spent a second night in the car with the puppy. I could say more, but you get the drift. Worst hotel stay ever.

This place was disgusting. Talk about a transient hotel. Puke in the walk ways. Human waste & vomit in the hot tub. Drug deals going on in front of our room. I remember when that motel was nice and it Wasn't that long ago. Now? A homeless shelter.

If you aren't traveling with pets, this is not the place to stay. Since they allow pets, most likely, there have been pets in your room. We had 2 rooms and both had strong animals smells. When we first arrived, there was pet hair on all of our beds. We asked them to change the sheets and they did. With the price, I knew the rooms weren't going to be amazing because you get what you pay for. Our last day, a pipe from upstairs broke and flooded our bathroom. They said they can't get to it until the next day. They did offer to change rooms, but since all our stuff was there and we had another room with our kids, we decided to stay. The breakfast was ok and the lady running did great.

The building and property was really run down and not cleaned at all! The rooms looked straight out of the 70s with Stains on everything. Choice Hotels are garbage. Never staying again.

The room has not been cleaned, toilet was nasty and the bedding had large obvious stains. We changed rooms but after 3 attempts at getting the door key to work we asked for a refund. The guy at the desk was nice but every time I had to go back in he was gone.

Absolutely horrible experience! Hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Terrible customer service. Upon check-in, the employee who checked us in was very rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing him by checking in. We went to our room, and the first thing we noticed was that it was filthy. We went to the front desk, and they said they could only give us a new room, which was even worse. It was so gross. The shower was broken, the handle kept falling off, the TV did not work, holes in the was. there was hair and stains on the sheets, stained carpet and curtains, dirty walls, hair and dirt in the shower, and fecal matter on the wall behind the toilet. Under the bed was disgusting. The list goes on and on about how dirty this place was. To make matters worse, we woke up to ants in the bathroom and by the front door. The pool was also closed, which, I guess, has been that way for a while but was never advertised as being closed. We tried to cancel and not stay, but the manager was so rude and said no cancellations aloud. No refunds aloud. He did offer a 25-cent discount, which to me was a slap in the face. I will never stay here again, and I hope that no one else has to experience this nightmare. Just book somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

The hotel is fine for one night; more than that, I would stay somewhere else. The breakfast did not look great, and the coffee was bad. I was able to check in early, which was great and much appreciated. The room was okay, but I think it will need some updating over the next handful of years.

This was the worst room we have ever stayed in!!! They put us in a pet friendly room which had a strong smell of animals. The whole place was dirty!!!! The exterior door had muddy dog scratches up to the handle. We didn’t book a pet room and they didn’t mention it either. Why?? NEVER AGAIN! I also called about the pool and hot tub to make sure they were open..... guess what..... they said they were and were not. Another issue! I would love my money back for this unpleasant experience we had with this hotel chain....good luck with that.

The pool is out of service indefinitely and looks like it's been that way for a long time. Something that should be listed since that was one of our criteria in looking for a hotel. We booked 2 rooms and they were on opposite sides of the hotel and on different levels. Overall not really impressed with anything.

The fire detector was missing and broken and there was a bad smell in the room. It was difficult to sleep because of the smell. The carpet was stained and the bathroom didn’t seem very clean.

I've stayed at this property for years and in this last year it has gone bad. Rooms not cleaned well. Breakfast choices gotten worse. Overall maintenance of the facility is bad. There's new management or owners. It seems to be a family. They dont care about the guest. I had a Bagel in the toaster, it was done but I was getting my kids situated. One of the family members takes it out of the toaster with her bare hands and puts her toast in. Obviously I have to make another Bagel. Had both sides of the toaster worked wouldn't have been an issue. Used to have a juice machine and Hot Chocolate machine. They're gone. Probably quit working and didnt want to fix. I will be looking for a new Hotel to stay at when I come to Cedar City to ski.

Pool & hot tub both closed for "repairs" which was not know at check in. Tv doesnt work, no sound. Bath tub does not drain. Room selection was poor because only a few rooms where ready at 3pm - check in time. Trash bags piled up in the parking lot, from house keeping. Very disappointing will never stay here again!

The room was not well kept. Bed spread was dirty, toilet seat was very loose, hard water stains in shower, cracks in the walls. The cleaning staff did change the bedding and fixed the toilet seat. Check in was easy and all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not a bad place to stay for average accommodations.

Only after I finished the check-in process and asked for directions to the pool I was told that it was no longer in operation…even though it was advertised to have an indoor pool and spa, supported by beautiful pictures of such. The room was not cleaned property with several gummy bears on the carpet that I stepped onto. The fan in the bathroom was malfunctioning and so loud it sounded like a motorcycle in the bathroom and was not doing anything except being extremely noisy. Last but not least the evening after I checked out upon arriving home in California after an 8 hour drive I called the hotel to inform them that I left my drivers license at the front desk upon check-in the night before. I kindly asked for them to mail it to me and offered to pay for any applicable postage. The front desk lady rudely replied that she can not send it to me and I needed to come and pick it up in person. When I told her that I lived 8 hours away she simply said that she can’t help me. She claimed that she had called my cell phone and my room several times to let me know she had my drivers license - none of which is true. There is no missed call nor a voicemail on my list of recent calls, and during snow blizzard conditions my spouse and I never left the room - not even for one second. Nobody called the room. Regardless, she is refusing to mail my license and insists she cannot and so t help me. Her words verbatim…and very rudely. Now I need to wait to hopefully reach the manager tomorrow.

The beds were so soft. I loved them. Got some of the best sleep ever. The blankets were perfect. Not to hot and not to cold. Kept you at a comfortable temperature once you set the air or heater to your preference. Definitely looking forward to staying at the property again.

The breakfast didn’t have oatmeal or hot chocolate packets which is something that I have most mornings. Probably won’t stay here again.

When I went to my assigned room the door was wide open. I thought perhaps cleaning crew was inside but no one was there, just my room door wide open. I checked out the room and went out and closed the door to make sure I had the right room key to the right room and yes I did. When I got into the room again later I noticed that the smoke detector had a grocery bag wrapped around it. Weird right? I pushed the chair up against the door undressed in the dark and went to bed feeling like I was rather creeped out.

This property is a mess. When we checked in I was given keys to a room that was already booked. So I opened the door to people already being there! The pool and spa were not available for use. We asked them to change our sheets and they ended up using the same dirty sheets. I would not recommend staying here.
