I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine. The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. A small criticism I do have is that water leaks out of the door when showering because the water doesn't drain quickly enough. The pool is small but ideal for sun bathing. Staff were attentive if you wanted to order food or drink. And pool toilets were always kept clean and tidy. So the reason why this hotel gets a 4 star rather than 5 from me is because the only place I could get good wifi was by the pool, even though my room was on the pool level. In my room, the wifi would work for a couple minutes max before ceasing to exist for the next 45 minutes, at least. This made wifi completely useless, and I had to pay extra charges to use my mobile internet abroad. I will be staying here again next year and hope this issue is resolved.

Location is good being close to the Ayala Centre. BUT What a difference a year makes. Stayed here one year ago and it is almost a different hotel. Previously staff attention was super from check in, at breakfast whatever the time, room service etc. This occasion I was placed on the 7th floor directly alongside the highway hence noisy and dusty. This whole floor appears as though it needs refreshing, including the pool area. Pool staff were good. Not once at breakfast was I shown to a table and finding one yourself you needed to request that it was prepared. The food now is no more than an average buffet. Although this may appear to be negative it is in comparison to a previous visit. Hopefully the situation will not change more for the worse.

Every time we’re here in cebu we always stayed in this hotel but this time i’m a lil bit disappointed due to air conditioning is dripping.. we called maintenance 2 days in a row to fix it . and also there’s cockroach in our room but they action very fast.. The staff are good and helpful..

It was a nice hotel and had a nice pool area. It had great air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that irritated me was that they said the bar and restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m. but actually they take the last order at 9:30 p.m. We checked in late and ended up going to McDonald's for dinner.

I always enjoy coming to the quest hotel. I stayed here three times in the last several months. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are clean for facilities on average are good. I like the fact that they actually have good hot water in the shower. Plenty towels. The swimming pool is very good with the bar in the middle great place to spend several hours. My only complaint is the food in the dining room.

The property is very close to the shopping centre in Cebu City, Ayala. It is convenient, although there is rather a large road directly To Ross before getting to the shopping centre.

I wasn't fond of a feature that seems to be non-existent in Philipine accommodations, namely the lack of amenities for the disabled. This was shown as I slipped in the shower in our first room. Fortunately there waer no serious injuries. After reporting the incident, I was immediately seen by the hotel nurse and we were transferred to another room with the safety features that were missing in the first room. The rest of our visit was much better even though the only English language entertainment on the TV was HBO, limiting our viewing enjoyment.

Very great customer service! The room was definitely a little dated and could have used a touch up, however everything was functional and rates were very reasonable. Will definitely stay again!

Courteous and very helpful staff. They deserve more than a minimum wage; they deserve a raise. Location is close to all amenities - mall, restaurants, church.. Restaurant has good selection of different cuisines at a reasonable price.

Staff is great. Nice hotel but the rooms could do with some maintenance. There was always water on smooth tiles floor after a shower. At least the floor tiles weren’t broken like my last room here. Lots of beggars in the area. In between two main roads so lots of horns. The router on the ceiling had a blue light that lit up the room at night. Nice bed, pillows and comforter.

The staff are excellent. The floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved when you stepped on them. The shower door didn’t close so there was water on smooth tile after a shower causing a slipping hazard. The internet was flaky and would cut out even though the repeater was in the room. The repeater connect lights would shine on you in bed.

It’s a high rise hotel but nothing fancy . The Ayala shopping mall is across a very busy highway, it’s walkable but scary to cross the roads. The streets have homeless kids and panhandler. The staff need to smile more with or with gratuity.
