The hotel was almost empty, probably because it was off season. I think the spa was closed too. The rooms were clean, the people working in the hotel were very helpful, the place was very quiet. I think it's a very nice place in the summer. Breakfast was ok.

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us . The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it . Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself . It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona. Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day . Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .

No AC. Its broken and instead of contacting us before we arrived we came all the way out there. They didnt even tell us when we checked in. When we told the front counter they said it was broken for the whole hotel and it would be fixed. It wasnt fixed. When we asked about it again they said it may be fixed the next day. But then later we were told it may not be fixed again the next day. I have a feeling its what they are telling guests to get them to stay. The floors in our room were not vacuumed and had stains that were crusty so you know they've not been clean in a long time. Theb pillows were hard again not changed in a long while. It was hot and uncomfortable so we didnt sleep at all. We will be asking for a refund. The place has potential but maybe there's no financial capacity to maintain this hotel. It was very quiet and very few guests. I would require at the hotel before booking to ensure the amenities are working and available at this property.

1. Website said 24 hour check in, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, because we were going to arrive after midnight. When we arrived it was closed and we had a note with a number to call, and a 20min wait to be checked-in. We were chastised by the manager saying "we close reception at 10pm". Not happy. 2. The hotel is advertised as a Spa hotel, another reason for booking over other locations. I also informed my partner that while I worked she could enjoy Spa etc. Not even a pool. When we arrived we were told the Spa did not work and had not worked for some time. False advertising. 3. The breakfast was minimal and basic, not 4 Star. Very disappointing. 4. My friend booked there because I booked there. Her room was bad and smelt like sewage. She only told me this as we left, and she was too kind to complain. The hotel was sub-standard. 5. Overall the hotel was old, tired, poorly maintained and spartan. I rarely write bad reviews, I stay at many hotels around the world (I'm a gold traveller), I feel this was one of the worst and falsely advertised. I will ask for a refund.

Il personale è disponibile e gentile, oltremodo professionale. La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, le stanze sono ampie e comode e pulitissime, inoltre fornite di ogni optional, dal phon alla cuffietta per la doccia. Ci tornerò!

Ottime le camere molto spartane ma silenziose, pulite, grandi e calde che in inverno non è scontato. Colazione ben preparata unico neo la macchina automatica di servizio bar veramente pessima.Bene anche il personale molto gentile e accogliente e il garage coperto

Diciamo che appena sono arrivata ho notato del sangue fresco sulle tende poi wc sporco di pipì e sopratutto sotto la tavoletta era gialla e io sono fissata con la tavoletta perché è molto importante x me !!! Però tutto sommato colazione top e personale molto gentile !!! La prossima volta prenoterò sicuramente

Per essere un 4 stelle obiettivamente le condizioni della struttura sono piuttosto scarse, molto datata, allatrivo di birra subito insegna rotta...molti servizi idromassaggio, area fitness, area spa, sono inaccessibili, wi-fi fuori uso da giorni. Materassi nei letti scomodissimi veramente rigidi. Colazione accettabile a osrte il caffè della macchinetta non speciale. Pulizia accettabile. Bagni e struttura da ristrutturare.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel per un breve soggiorno e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Sebbene la struttura non fosse di recentissima costruzione, abbiamo trovato comfort e pulizia nelle camere. La colazione offerta era varia e deliziosa, con un'ampia scelta di cibi freschi. Ci ha sorpreso positivamente la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, sempre sorridente e attento alle nostre esigenze. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza davvero gradevole e ci siamo trovati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno

Qualità prezzo va bene, mi dispiace che la Spa non era agibile x ristrutturazione, ma in fase di prenotazione risulta un servizio compreso e attivo, e l'utilizzo di divani letto a 1 piazza e 1/2 sulle suite x 4 persone, sia perché non è 2 piazze, sia perché un divano letto non ha la comodità di un letto, nelle camere o troppo caldo o troppo freddo, migliorerei la comodità di letti e cuscini.
