Marble floors and a comfortable bed. Inside this ancient building is a very sleek and modern interior. The staff could not be more welcoming. The staff was very helpful. You are on a quiet street steps away from Palazzo Marletta. If I return to Catania I will stay here.

A beautifully restored palazzo, immediately adjacent to the Piazza del Duomo - the location is ideal for walking around the city. Our room was simply gorgeous. The staff were welcoming and helpful with dining and other recommendations.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Palazzo Marletta Luxury House Hotel. After 3 weeks of travel, it was such a treat and luxury to stay in such a beautiful, intimate place. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable and the historical center is right outside the door. Everyone who works here is friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. What a lovely team! The breakfast was amazing too. A perfect and special experience!

Palazzo Marletta is an excellent hotel with modern amenities, very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. My wife and I had a great stay. The hotel is on the edge of the main square and there are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to browse in. Hotel is only 20 mins away from the airport.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. Right in the center of Catania, close to all the restaurants and best shopping. The hotel is luxurious, small, quiet, beautiful and very well appointed. The staff was lovely, professional and so helpful. Definitely would recommend and will stay there again!

A hidden gem
What a lovely place! I was lucky enough to get a room last minute (airport closed), and the welcoming and friendly staff improved my mood immediately. They were very solicitous and suggested a great place for dinner and breakfast. I would stay there again!

What a gem!
This place is a gem! Wow we were impressed! This is a historic 17th century (I believe 1693) building with renovated modern hotel. It is adjacent to the Duomo but tucked away in a quiet street nearby. The staff is amazing from Renato to Alessandra you could not ask for better service. But what blew us away is the restoration of this majestic rooms (I believe only 7 rooms). Breakfast was included in our rate and we could choose from amazing Sicilian treats and we selected the breakfast the night before. Then in the morning the amazing breakfast was brought in pushable service table that was beautifully decorated. Delicious! Highly recommend this wonderful place! PS they also organized transportation to airport

Absolutely Marvellous! I had the pleasure of staying for two nights during a longer trip to Catania and Aci Castello. The staff were superb. Remarkably welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. The property is well maintained, very clean and had plenty amenities for its size. The bedroom had everything (and anything) you could need - a great hairdryer, flipflops, slippers, robe, full set of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner (Etro no less!), comb, toothbrush, earplugs, eye mask, umbrella, super espresso machine, kettle, the list goes on. The bed was very comfortable with plush linen. The television was great, with access to Netflix and Prime. It has been respectfully and tastefully restored, but has all of the modern touches you would expect. A real touch of understated luxury. Having left the Romano Palace because of cleanliness, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice! Location is second to none. Undoubtably the best place I have stayed in Sicily. I will certainly be back!

This is one of the best hotel’s I have stayed at. This hotel was created by renovating an 18th century home of a Nobel family. The room we stayed in had the original ornate ceiling of the home. The room was beautiful. The amenities that were provided was at a luxury standard. The staff was exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind. The daily morning breakfast had some of the most delicious pasties I have ever had. The location was exceptional and located in the city center next to the Basilica de Sant Agata. The list of positives for this hotel is too numerous to document. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This quaint hotel was fantastic, accommodating and in an amazing location. As the hotel is only 7 rooms, the staff go above and beyond for the people staying with them. Upon hearing we were vegan, they went out of their way to make sure there were breakfast items were could have, as we could not partake in most of their complimentary breakfast! Could not recommend this hotel more.

I like everything about this property. It’s a mix between modern and old and they designed it so well that it feels spacious and full of light. It seems to me that every corner and item in this hotel was well thought to please the travelers without inserting them in a specific mood. The staff was also well chosen; very friendly, polite and attentive. It’s spotless. The breakfast is delicious with all local and seasonal food. It’s very well located near piazza duomo, taxis and all restaurants and shops for your needs.

This hotel was a superior find in the city center of Catania and within walking distance of many wonderful historical sites, restaurants and shopping. It is a fairly new hotel with all the modern amenities. I was very comfortable in my room and the bed was comfy. The staff are wonderful and quite attentive. Renato and Alessandra were especially belpful and took very good care of me. They arranged a driver to pick me up and return me to the airport which is about 10 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast is available and includes wonderful pastries, breads, meats and cheeses and cafe'. I highly recommend the Palazzo Marletta for the very best service and location in Catania.

I stayed in two very different rooms on my two recent visits to this hotel, one classic and one modern. Both beautiful in their own ways. Staff very helpful, hotel very well located, room very well appointed. I can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Catania.
