Il B&B non corrisponde alle foto, probabilmente fatte diversi anni fa, e a quanto descritto nel sito. Insonorizzazione inesistente, stanza con forte odore di fumo impregnato nei tessuti e bagno, non in camera, dal quale arrivava un olezzo di fogna tale da non poter dormire. Abbiamo prenotato due notti ma la seconda abbiamo preferito passarla in una nuova struttura. Nessun rimborso offerto per il disagio e per la notte non fruita. Grazie a hotel.com per il supporto prestato. Non torneremo più in questo B&B, un vero peccato perché è in una buona posizione rispetto al centro città.

Great, safe stay for solo traveller.
The staff at the Palazzo Bruca were incredible! They were very accommodating for an earlier check in and to assist with securing me transport for a very early morning flight to Rome. The room was clean and comfortable. Access in felt safe after hours. The location was perfect in the town centre with easy access to all the historical sights and tour companies. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to the Duomo area and lots of cafes. The only suggestion I have is for some towel bars or hooks. There were zero options to hang a damp towel, no bars, hooks, or racks. We hung them like a cape on a hanger in the armoire which wasn't ideal, but the only option.

tiny room, tiny shower that leaks to the floor like hell, internet was slow or non existing at times; terrible bed, terrible sheets and blankets, ac was not functional very well, the room was smelly, access to the hotel was through a smelly (piss) court yard. The room was smelly also... yuk... all around terrible... The only positive side is the staff. They were very nice and helpful..

It’s a bit shabby. Inconvenient to get from one part to another. Breakfast is not on the property but 1/4 mile away near the Duomo, not good if it’s raining.

We stayed for 2 nights because of the airport. The hotel is in the center of Catania, it is clean good value for the money Did not have breakfast many restaurants and shopping around the hotel. the center is dirty and full of graffiti, we did get an upgrade to the second floor because they could not find our reservation (much bigger room) . This is more like and bed and breakfast.

We liked everything about our stay here. The location as there are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Transportation is steps away. The staff are friendly. Room was very clean. Price was reasonable. It was our 2nd time staying here within 6 weeks, when we come back to Catania we will stay here again.

I liked that it had its own private Courtyard and felt safe leaving my car there. The property's exterior was not maintained But that goes for all of Catania.

Check-in was smooth. Walkable to everything we wanted to see. Our room has a nice balcony with beautiful view. Bed is comfortable. If you have a car, you can park inside the plaza with a gate, very safe. Only complaint is that hot water in the shower was barely warm. Otherwise great stay!

Great location, certain features not as advertised
The hotel is in a great, central location with secure gated parking. We were disappointed to note that our bathroom was not attached to our room and required us to walk out past another room to get to it - this is mentioned in the notes but difficult to find, so be aware if you are staying in the economy double. The amenities aren't exactly as described, far from being soundproof the rooms are in fact quite noisy and we could hear a lot from the room next door and outside. There also is not an iron, as advertised. Overall the room was clean and decent enough for the price, but it was disappointing that certain advertised features were not available.

We arrived early due to 6am flight. Upon arrival the receptionist/hostess was promptly on time at 8am to open the doors and let us in. She was extremely polite and we felt welcomed. Later that afternoon our room was ready. I was given a room w/ an amazing view of the church across the street. Room was big w/ vaulted ceilings and extremely clean. Out of all the places we stayed during our 13 days up and down the coast of Italy, Palazzo Bruca Catania was my favorite hands down. We definitely will talk about Bruca for years to come. Thank you! The property is located very close to the central square so it’s nice location. The apartment itself is nice and spacious and clean. However, for some reason we never had any housekeeping service after 3 nights. Even after we asked for the maids to clean our junior suite room.

Nice hotel but very noisy
BnB was fine. Staff was friendly. The main downside is that it was very noisy. You can hear all the noise from the street. Also, It's a shame they charge for arriving after 8pm (and this is not written in the description); They also charge extra for parking.

Good Location and Service for Good Price
The location is great! The room was huge (although the bathroom was very tiny) and the courtyard is beautiful. The internet didn't work the first couple nights but that's not an uncommon thing in Italy so I wasn't very bothered by it and they did try to get it working. There was a power strip next to the bed for plugging in many things which is really nice since so many places have no outlets for charging your devices. If you order breakfast it will be delivered to your room but this means the coffee won't be really hot and you don't get to select your pieces of fruit (I got a rock hard pear and yellow apple) but the price is very cheap.

Fabulous place to stay in Catania
My friend had recommended this B&B and it was perfect. Great location right in the old town and close to the main square and stunning Roman Amphitheater. We had hired a suite with two rooms - the rooms have some of the old palace features, two double beds, a sitting and dinning area. It was lovely to have so much space for the times we were in the apartment. The staff were really helpful at pointing out the key sights and that there was an ice cream festival on in the park which was great fun. We didn’t eat breakfast there as want to enjoy being outside on the many squares with cafes for breakfast.
