"Property is clean and nice, price is right. It’s a 10 min walk from downtown so not bad, lots of restaurants in the area. Rooms are a bit too small, we got the 2 queen bed for my 3 kids and me and felt there was not enough space. They don’t really have a pool, it’s a big hot tub but my kids like it even though it was very crowded. Staff was very nice and helpful, if we stay there again we’ll get a bigger room for sure!"

"Really liked our room with the beds downstairs and the sitting area upstairs. We would suggest a fan in the bathroom, if there was one, it didn’t work. "

"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. There are even super clean and convenient bbq facilities. We saw lots of wildlife (birds galore, deer, elk, squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits etc.) on this visit and when you can book a fully equipped suite/condo with a great loft, at a great price, there are no better reservations to be had for couples or families. We will most definitely return in the off season. The beds are comfortable but the rooms can get a little warm (especially the lofts) in the heat of summer as there is no A/C, but we have stayed at multiple lodgings in Banff for numerous years, and Hidden Ridge is hard to beat. When we can get an excellent rate, there is nowhere else like it and we are never disappointed. "
