To start with, the beach which one sees on the hotel's promo pictures is 1) not easily reachable (the hotel is up on the hill and no way to reach it by car from elsewhere!) and 2) very small and inconvenient. We used it only once, and went with the car to other beaches (not in the nearby, though). The hotel amenities are fine but a renovation wouldn't hurt. The hotel's own (read: awkward) full board / all inclusive policy is something to be aware of in advance (especially as regards the uses of the bar after 10pm and what's included and excluded from 'all' inclusive). The food itself was rather average (in terms of quality and choice), though the restaurant personnel was really kind and cheerful. The selection of desserts was utterly scarce (meaning one type of a so-so dessert for the dinner). Breakfasts weren't energising either: aged croissants can't just be served. In general, recommendable only with regard to a relatively low price for the stay and only if one doesn't have big plans for beach life or fancy food.

Do not go here, they nickel and dime you throughout the stay. Pool towels, there’s a charge per person per day, same with the internet and it doesn’t even work. The all inclusive is a joke and is only available during certain times of the day. The staff is unhelpful and kitchen staff clearly did not want to be there. There was a huge dead horsefly in the salad and then on the buffet for the entire service. No one bothered to get rid of it. The place has so much potential but the management is clearly lazy. The pool closes early for no reason. Rooms are basic but there was a clump of hair when we arrived in the bathroom. On the second day we didn’t have water to shower and that was the final straw. We ended up checking out early and paid for another hotel because it was such a poor experience.

I was a bit weary as this resort had quite a few bad reviews but I must honestly say that I had an excellent time with my girlfriend for her birthday. The staff were very pleasant (especially our host Camilla) and the facilities and activities were great. The scenery was breathtaking and the resort was only a 5 min journey to the nearest town which was beautiful. The most enjoyable thing about this resort was definitely our rooms with the spectacular views from our balcony and the swimming pool. I highly recommend this place,

Maximum two stars, overpriced for the service
Rooms: very poor, broken tiles, very outdated bathroom, room, bed,... A/C above the main door of the room and not in the bedroom, ... Food: poor. Very poor breakfast, not so rich other meals, no notes on what the dishes were and contained, that was very annoying. Not consistence in payment. Staff: very nice and friendly, often giving useful information Entertainment: very disappointing. Low level jokes, definitively not appropriate for kids. Disappointing adult evening entertainment, Never translated, always aimed at Italian guests. Nice baby dance but that's about it. Hotel overall: no lift anywhere, absolutely not a place for people with strollers, or disabilities. Hotel beach: small but cute, sand and stones. Bring swim shoes Pool: very nice, but without windy-proof umbrella! Very often the umbrella were closed

Fantastic Small hotel. The food was plentiful and of good quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful (Especially Francesca). The animation team were hard working without being OTT. I would have no hesitation to returning to this hotel.

Top Anlage mit gutem Service. Viel Treppen
Sehr schöne Anlage, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Der Service ist top, Personal stets bemüht, alles sauber zu halten. Es gibt ei gutes Angebot an Essen zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen. Jedoch muss man viel Treppen steigen, da die Anlage in einem Felsen hineingebaut wurde. Der hoteleigene Strand ist etwas klein.

Die aussicht ist Super und fasst nicht zu Topen ! Gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf der anlage für 12 euro am Tag oder Gratis vor dem eingang nach verfügbarkeit ! aber leider ist die anlage Stark in die jahre gekommen und das sieht und merkt mann an jeder ecke ;-( und das All inklusiv ist wirklich nicht den namen wert " Sorry " Bier, wein, Cola,sprudel, Kaffe, tee und ein paar säfte sind als getränke von der Maschine zu zapfen ? und das schmeckt mann leider auch ;-( Wasser & Bier schmeckten da noch am besten alles andere ist absolut ungeniesbar ! Nicht mal der Kaffe aus dem Automaten sind mit genuss zum Triken geignet. Das essen war Gut und genügend abwechslungsreich ( aber Bitte an alle Türkei - urlauber die das All inklusiv dort gewonnt sind ) es ist nicht mal annähernd das was ihr von dort gewohnt seid ;-) wenn ihr das erwarten dann werdet ihr definiv entäschtwerden ! den sogar ein einfacher Toast schlägt mit 5 euro extra bezahlung zwischen Frühstück und mittagessen zur kasse ;-( .......usw. für 3 bis max. 5 tage ist dieses Hotel akzeptabel aber wer länger Bucht .... naja. lasst euch Bitte nicht wie Wir von den tollen Bildern Täuschen den diese geben nicht das wieder was ihr vor ort sehen und erleben werdet ! das Personal ist aber super und auch sehr freundlich und macht die Manament fehler des Hotel etwas erträglicher ( danke auch an Andrea von der Reception der und sehr geholefen hatte in allen fragen ... ) auch die Damen und Herren vom Service die wie Fleissige Bienchen....

Resort molto bello, spiaggia semi privata con una salita un po’ faticosa ma ti abitui. La stanza che abbiamo richiesto aveva vista mare con supplemento, peccato per l’altissima umidità che aveva, per darvi un’idea i vestiti delle valigie erano umidi e dopo giorni iniziavano a puzzare. Cibo per essere un 4* sicuramente non all’altezza, personale di sala non sempre cortese soprattutto il maitre. Piscina grande e spaziosa ma lettini non a sufficienza per tutti gli ospiti (stessa cosa per la spiaggia). Animazione moderata (io alzerei un po’ di più il volume e varierei le canzoni che ogni giorno si ripetono sia in piscina che la sera). Una nota particolare all’animatore Salvatore che con la sua energia, entusiasmo e simpatia ha conquistato me e il mio compagno.

Bellissimo panorama
Villaggio situato sulle pareti di una baia, davvero bella la vista sul mare! Dalla piscina, davvero bella, era possibile vedere Castelsardo, il quale dista dieci minuti di auto! È un hotel forse più adatto per divertirsi che per rilassarsi dato che spesso vengono organizzati giochi dagli animatori o viene messa musica. L'unica nota negativa è il fatto che arrivati in piscina quasi tutti i letti erano occupati e nessuno degli animatori, quando abbiamo chiesto se un letto dietro di loro fosse occupato, ha pensato che sarebbe stato gradito farci sapere che erano disponibili altri lettini dentro un magazzino... A parte questo tutto ottimo, a parte la mancanza di crema spalmabile al cioccolato per la colazione.

Ein Super Meerblick....
Das Hotel hat einen wünderschönen Meerblick. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Palmen vor dem Balkon, was uns einen sehr romantischen Blick zum Meer erbrachte. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war o.k. Dem Hotel fehlt etwas die Liebe zum Detail........ansonsten gibt es nichts zu mäkeln.

Great location with an amazing view!
The staff and the view make up for a lot in this hotel. The location is amazing and this little village is very cute and nice. But the hotel it's self is like you stepped up in the 70's! Very old and the facilities are very poor. The rooms are basic and again very old but as mentioned the view is great! Super friendly and helpful staff they make this hotel a nice place :)

Il posto é bello, gode di una piscina meravigliosa, spiaggia attrezzata e molto bella, la vista del tramonto da li ê uno spettacolo! Le note positive sono lo staff, davvero cordiale (a parte una receptionist che é mezza rimba), e l'animazione sempre presente. Le stanze non sono malvagie credo peró che alcune meritino una sistemata, e non sarebbe male avere un doppio cuscino visto che quello dato é troppo piatto per chi soffre di cervicale La nota dolente a mio parere é la cucina, non è il massimo. Riso e pasta stracotti, antipasti al buffet lasciati un pó li alla cavolo, cene a tema che non sono a tema, tipo cena di pesce ma ti mettono la pasta alla carbonara... un pó perplessa. Nel totale come posto non é male, consiglio peró noleggio auto o moto per spostarsi perché é lontano da tutto e a piedi non ci si puo spostare.

Nice view from the room but that's the only good point that I can say. The staff is very unfriendly, the hotel is very old and is no longer worth the 4 stars. The eat is horribel... the location of the restaurant isn't sympathetic, the food quality isn't good and the breakfast in the morning seems like a distrubtor of food. Everthing is in plastic packaging. I ask the hotel to make me an offer, like cancel the half pension, but the mangerin was stubborn and unfriendly. We leave the hotel 2 day's earlier due to dissatisfaction. The hotel staff didn't ask the reason for our early check-out. I go never back in this hotel and I do not advise it to anyone.

Siamo stati molto bene. Location stupenda. Spiaggia bella (baia ostina)raggiungibile anche a piedi per chi ha voglia di camminare 5 minuti, altrimenti servizio navetta ad orari prestabiliti (mai preso). Camera comfort molto carina,ristrutturata, con veranda. Consiglio di prendere questa tipologia di Camera. Ristorante buono e abbondante a buffet. Animazione buona in spiaggia ed in piscina, anche per bambini. Bella piscina di acqua salata. Villaggio con molte scale, non adatto a persone con scarsa mobilità. Nel complesso bella vacanza.

I do not recommend this hotel
We've been disappointed of the hotel directly on arrival. We paid for a Sea view room and we get a partial sea view room. The person on the reception informed that there is no more available rooms with direct view, but that instead they will give us a renovated room ( I'm wondering how are non-renovated rooms, because our room was clean, but all furniture and decoration was old and not renovated at all. They still have old keys to open rooms, quite strange for 4* hotel, it was not practical at all. Breakfast was fine, staff in the restaurant were very nice. We loved swimming pool with salted water ( but have to come early to get deck chair). Animation in the evening was nice, but only in Italian, so not interesting for people who do not speak Italian. Finally we only slept in this hotel and didn't use any activities and preferred to go outside the hotel. Comparing to another 4* hotel we stayed in Sardinia before this one, I would say this is rather 3* hotel and not 4*

Buon ritiro per visitare la sardegna del nord
Buona la sistemazione anche nella camera standard che seppure essenziale e un po' datata gode di un panorama mozzafiato a contatto con il mare e con tramonti unici. Grande disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff e cucina buona con molte varianti. Unico piccolo difetto gli scalini da salire per recarsi al ristorante e agli altri servizi ma il panorama di cui abbiamo goduto ha compensato questo piccolo sacrificio. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana.

No lo recomiendo
Nos hemos alojado en este hotel porque nos cancelaron la reserva de otro que teniamos en Palau y al mirar con pocos dias de margen solo me quedaba esta opcion. Decir que el nombre de resort no corresponde con el tipo de hotel. Supongo que es porque las habitaciones son en edificios de planta baja. Eso si la que nos tocó estaba reformada. Una pena la limpieza pues de las tres noches que estuvimos solo se limitaron ha hacer la cama, y la impresion que me dio es que las pobres mujeres no daban a basto.Nada más llegar nos impusieron una tasa. Le dije que donde estaba especificado y La chica de recepción solo me enseño que cobraban 4€ por persona y noche por usar los servicios y porque lo decia ella. Ya que no salia nada especificando que servicios eran. Asi que con un niño de10 años como le dices que no puede usar la piscina. Se nos quedo cara de poker ya que nos cobraron una barbaridad por ser agosto y encima la tasa.....sinceramente no usamos mucho los servicios del hotel ya que hacíamos excursiones y solo pisamos la piscina 2 mañanas a la playa ni fuimos. A la animación nocturna tampoco. A su favor diré que agradecemos al personal de mantenimiento y un chico de recepción la ayuda que nos prestaron por un contratiempo que tuvimos con el vehículo. No lo recomiendo pues si habéis estado en hoteles resorsts con este os llevareis una decepción ya que no cumple la expectativa.

L'endroit est super et les chambres sont correctes et propres. Par contre le personnel ne parle pas forcément anglais alors que c'est nommé sur leur site. Le personnel de réception ne m'a pas montré les infrastructures ni accompagné à la chambre. A la fin du séjour, la personne m'a remboursé le solde de ma carte et m'a dit c'est bon s'est fini sans même me demander comment s'est passé le séjour. Le petit déjeuner bon mais pas de viennoiseries fraîches. Pas de WiFi dans les chambres. Séjour sympa mais les services pas à la hauteur du prix et d'un 4 étoiles!

Hotel situado encima de una playa estupenda. La recepción y restaurante un poco antiguos pero las habitaciones remodeladas, grandes y comodas. Vistas increíbles.

Hotellet hadde dårlig evne til å håndtere mangler ved innsjekking, noe som gav et dårlig start på oppholdet. Beliggenhet og utsikt var god. Hotellets egen strand var i en idyllisk vik nord forhotellet, uten særlig mye andre folk og uten selgere. Ypperlig for snorkling. Bassengområdet ok, men måtte betale ekstra for adgang til dette. Vår leilighet lå heldigvis vekk fra bassengområdet hvor det ble kjørt kveldshow på italiensk. Halvgod all inklusiv mat. Grei størrelse på rom, men noe utdatert utstyr. Store nivåforskjeller på hotellområdet, trang atkomst og begrenset parkeringsmulighet ved rom.

Il resort è molto bello vista stupenda e anche la animazione ma le stanze sono pessime con arredamento anni 60, troppe scale e pessima accoglienza. Nessun tipo di aiuto per quanto riguarda il trasporto bagagli. Personale non preparato ad accogliere il turista. Ma per la bellezza del posto consiglio a tutti di andare a Castelsardo.

Der Urlaub im Castelsardo Resort für 2 Wochen diesen Sommer war ein Traum!!! Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren, im Gegenteil!!! - die Anlage ist ein Traum: die Zimmer sehr schön, gepflegt mit traumhaftem Meerblick, Ruhe und Erholung pur! Der Pool liegt wunderschön mit Panoramablick, der Weg zum Strand ist auch nur max. 5 Minuten und wunderschön - das Service ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut, vom KellnerIn bis zum Zimmermädchen sind alle ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!! beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es ALLES (was bitte kann man da kritisieren?) - die Animation ist sooo toll! An dieser Stelle ein ganz großes Lob! Wir mögen das eigentlich gar nicht, aber dort hat es uns so gut gefallen! Das ganze Team so bemüht, wir hatten so einen lustigen Urlaub dadurch, danke! - das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber die Comfort Zimmer neu renoviert und sehr schön und obwohl der Speisesaal älter ist ist alles sehr gepflegt - Ich finde es wirklich beschämend,wenn sich jemand über dieses Hotel beschwert! Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub und die Umgebung und der Meerblick sind unbeschreiblich!!!

Ikke 4 stjerne resort
Det var ok men det er ikke en 4 stjerne resort. Ikke en gang 3. Værelse var ok men alle fælles område trænger til renovering. Meget begrænset adgang til poolen: fra 9:00 til 13:00 og fra 15:00 til 19:00. Samme for shuttle til stranden. Morgenmad var ok.
