Not recommended
Be aware that they turn the air conditioner to a heater in winter and an air conditioner in summer so we didn't stay the whole reserved nights because we couldn't sleep and we can’t open the windows because of the noises outside and its can’t be opened all the way. The size of the room was good. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned perfectly. We found an insect in the kitchen’s drawer.

The service really needs a little more attention. Our room didn’t have soap and shampoo. We called 3 times to get some and finally was told to come down and get it ourselves. The door to the hotel we booked was closed when we arrived with a sign saying check in at another hotel. It didn’t say where the other hotel is and being in a different country our phones didn’t work. There was no laundry service at the hotel either.

We found the hotel to be a great fit for what we wanted, good location to the tram. The front end staff were very friendly and helpful. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and the hotel fell short there for me. There was no washing up liquid or cloths to wash the dishes. Others then that I would recommend

Comfortable, big, good shower, with kitchen wear, coffee, tea pot ect. Distance walk to tram🚊 and 2 or 3 stop arrive Medina. If take tram to the end, arrive beautiful beach. Service is good ,people nice 👍. Good hotel to stay

Ils annoncent un coffre fort à la réception sur le site web et sur les pancartes dans les chambres. Mais, ce n’est pas vrai. it was very difficult to get WiFi and the elevator was broken and we were on the fifth floor ,no ice cubes, surprise extra taxes at end of stay.Tryed to get us to pay for three breakfasts when we only ate one breakfast.there was nothing to eat except some bread and cold leftovers

One night in Casablanca
Kyriad hotel was a great spot for our one night in Casablanca. It’s was a bitnout of the way of attractions we wanted to visit and difficult to get to by foot because of the construction. Not the hotel’s fault. The staff have very nice and welcoming.

A nice trip
We had a pleasant stay at Kyriad. The staff were warm and friendly, and went it of their way to help. We had a couple of issues with the room - the door to the bathroom wouldn't close and the door to the room had to be slammed to close. The maintenance man was sent to the room, and cut a part of the bathroom door off to make it fit slightly better, leaving wood shavings all over the floor. He couldn't fix the main door and we were told we would be moved to a new rim, but this never happened. Otherwise, the stay was nice and the room was comfortable.

Liked the the property, good location, modern and clean rooms, worth the money the only problem was the lady at the fronth desk, night before the check out i asked if she could arrange a taxi for us for the casa airport she given me the price of 350dh when i checked around personaly it was 250dh, when i asked any train leaving 5am her reply was the first train leaves at 7am no train before 7am, i was not fully satisfied with her awnser , went to train station and bought two tickets from casa vogeures to casa airport train departing at 5:05 am. showed her the tickets after purchase. giving wrong info to the guests of the hotel can hert hotel business.

unfortunately reception staff, who are the main contact with hotel personnel and affect the experience, are not as wonderful or smart as they were on my first stay. according to one of the male staff, 4 of them had a meeting to resolve a misunderstanding with my booking and couldn't resolve it and it only took few minutes for a hotels.com to clarify the situation.

1 night stop over, good view of the port.
only thing negative may be the lack of cleaning supplies(towels, dish detergent) even though the hotel expect you to leave it in the same condition it came in. Otherwise, check-in was great and beds were very comfortable. shower was great and not too far a walk from casa voyageur.

J’y suis restée une semaine et c’était super. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le personnel a l’accueil est d’un professionnalisme sans faille. L’hôtel est situé à côté d’une station de tramway et la gare Casa Port est à 5min en voiture. Un grand merci à Samir et ses collègues.
