Take your pick: While checking in, the man at the desk charged us 44 dirhams for an additional tax; I offered him the only money I had, which was 200 dirhams (I was flying out the next morning so didn't have smaller change); he insisted that we go find a place to get change since he couldn't make the change. While this back-and-forth went on, he was audibly cruel to one of his employees -- in Moroccan dialect he indicated to him, "I don't care if you have another job; if you want to get paid tomorrow you will show up [much earlier than you are being paid for]." He was rude across the board, took forever to verify that we had already booked the room, and gave us what must be the worst room in the "hotel" (if you do resort to staying there, don't accept room #15). It was full of bugs, turning on the sink caused the floor to get covered with water; the windows don't close all the way because there are guide wires attached to them holding up the hotel's sign; and there is no way to make the room dark at night. Please pay triple the price if you want to stay near Casa Voyageurs -- do not stay here. If he posts a rebuttal to this critique (which anyone seeking further business would), so be it. I was nothing but deferential to him, and even a cab driver later on told us that there are many other hotels within this price range; simply don't book this one.

I was sent to another hotel!
I was a solo traveller arriving in Casablanca at 10pm. I booked the hotel considering its walking distance to the train station to catch the morning train to the airport. On arriving by taxi at Hotel Boustane, I was asked to go to another hotel belonging to the said company. Fearing for my safety, I was very reluctant to move to a hotel, which was not the one I booked. Having no choice and no budget, I conceded. But the whole experience tainted my otherwise amazing experience in Morocco.

Hotel Boustane doesn't deserve the name Hotel the room is not clean, the bathroom is very old stuff no heat no AC I didn't find any any tower no sheet is just weird hotel and the worse that I ask the man at the front desk who I met there around 8 to 9 am and the man he doesn't even care I ask him if there are some AC he said if I want the AC I should go to the big Hotel is not there. He is very rude. I spent around 30 minutes inside the room there are some smell like mold stuff I left I check around I find Hotel AL WALID that one was very good it is responding to all the criteria of Hotel.

Very nice staffs, very helpful. Closer amenities for necessary things, i.e. places to eat. transportation to and from airport. Nice neighborhood. Quite safe to walk about.

hotel area it self its ok and safe close to down
my stay been for 5 nights first they recharged me for tax once again while been reservation including tax the room I reserved single with double bed but it been three beds so tough matres no hot water to take shower no heating in room ... the bath so dirty it self ....no cupboard to hang your clothes ...room never been cleaned at all.... internet connection so poor and all time interrupted if you lucky to be connected... staff friendly but looking to you as free credit card (your pocket ) ... t.v just 3 or 4 local channels no sat t.v... forth floor where my room been at night NO LIGHT to climb stairs also no LEFT over there... if you asked staff why its like this the answer will be(we told landlord but no action been done by his side). I have few photos but cant make download through my mobile if you provide me e:mail will send pictures..

It's cheap in Casablanca and the location is very close to the train station of Casa Voyageur. The staff is friendly, but the room condition is really not good and not very clean.

Budget hotel shows, great staff, location
This is a budget hotel 5 minutes walk from the Casa Voyageur train station in Casablanca, perfect for the late train from Fez. The room is nothing special, the most basic amenities (no A/C), but the wifi worked most of the time and we slept fine from an exhausting train ride. The front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful, even offering to share his own tea and dinner for us, but we politely declined and ate nearby at the numerous restaurants back around the train station. Perfectly fine for a one night, late check-in, budget stay.

Acceptable, but overpriced for what you get.
Room was acceptable. Not spotless but didn't feel dirty. Shower worked well. Hotel staff's English is very limited. Best part of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of the main train station and local tram station.

Our stay was fine. We just booked here since we only needed to stay to sleep before our early morning train to the airport. It was conveniently located next to the train station which was a big plus. The room and especially the bathroom was very old and needed updating. Don't expect much and only go here if you are there to sleep.

from previous reviews, I knew the hotel was not in good condition, but it is close to the train station and cheap. I booked it anyway and it was still shocking to walk into a dirty and smelly room. The manager gave me (a single women) a room where there is a rooftop right outside of its window and people could climb into my room easily if they wanted to.

Good budget hotel
Walking distance to train station, tram & bus. Towel, toilet paper & soap provided (a step up from some other places I stayed in Morocco). Consistently had hot water (also a step up). I would stay here again for a no thrills hotel.

Good hotel compare to price and location.
Very close to Casa-Voyageurs Railway Station which is the big and main advantage of this hotel. The room was OK compare to price. Thus I selected this hotel for stay. But the only thing which I did not like is - No towel, toilet tissue, and soap was provided which normally I see in all the hotels now.

It's a 2 star hotel so its not fair to rate it versus any other level. The reception desk man helped me with my luggage and refused a tip as well as organized a taxi at a much lower rate compared to hotels nearby. So while the building is old, its pretty good for 2 star level and the managers helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience. Came to the front door around 11pm directly from train station and I was turned away there is no room available. The guy who came downstairs was the most unfriendly person I met in Morocco. I told the guy I made a reservation and have a confirmation number from Hotel.com. His answer was he does not care of any hotel.com and it does not bother him if I give them a zero score. I agree with previous review that it is scam and hotel.com should remove this from listing.

The staff were helpful brought us melons and gave me his own water when everything was closed. The place is tired but ideal for travelers on a budget in need of good acces to the station

Orrible. Totally a scam. Shower broken, cockroaches everywhere coming out from the walls, dirty as never. No toilet paper, bed dirty. I've left the hotel to go into another decent.

カサヴォワヤージュ駅に近いため空港に便利
口コミにあるほどひどくはなかったです。 シーツや部屋の臭いはなかったです。 駅から近いので空港に行くのにも便利なため一泊しました。回りにはスーパーやレストランもあります。チェックインは12時からできるので楽です。トイレペーパーのみくれますので、タオルアメニティは自分のが必要です

Un vero scempio e offesa alla dignità umana e all’accoglienza alberghiera in genere. Vero che indicate nel Vostro portale che è un due stelle e io purtroppo non me ne sono accorto al momento della prenotazione, ma credo che immettere certe strutture nel Vostro portafoglio di offerte, così al di sotto del concetto di hotel o, semplicemente di una pensione, sia perVoi una pessima pubblicità e motivo di perdita di credibilità da parte di noi clienti. Io resterò Vostro cliente perché ripeto, è stata una mia svista selezionarlo, ma credo sia meglio lo eliminiate dalle opzioni di soggiorno. Grazie

Accueil plus que désagréable, le Mr qui était à la réception ma presque engueulé d’avoir prit un réservation avec expédia dans l’hôtel, Après m’avoir fait attendre 30 min a répondre à dés coup de téléphones personnels, il a refusé de nous donné codé wifi et c’est énervé quand nous lui avons dit que nous le captions au 4 eme étage, agacé de notre présence il nous a tenus un discourt sur le colonialisme de la France au Maroc, sous entendent que comme tout les français on venais juste profiter de son pays en bon petits colons, bref ajouter à l’etat Déplorable de la chambre ce dont je me moque en général ça fesait un petit peu beaucoup ! A fuire !!!

Hôtel proche de la gare de Casa Voyageurs.
Hôtel pas trop mal....Mais la télé (un petit cube à 3 chaînes) et la douche, il y aurait pû avoir une meilleure finiton mais bon elle fonctionnait au moins. Et les nuits ne comptez pas dormir avant 22H à cause des chiens à l'extérieur mais je ne mets absolument pas cela sur le compte de l'hôtel étant donné qu'il n'y est pour rien. En tous cas pour le prix on a ce qu'il faut.Et il est proche du tramway.

처음에는 방없다거 다른 호텔을 안내함.결국 다른 고객은 택시 타고 다른 호텔로 감.관광세금을 더 내라고 함. 서비스 최악. 하루만 묵는게 좋을듯.그냥 역전의 모텔같은 느낌.침실은 의외로 깨끗함.

J'ai réservé sur Exepedia pour 5 jours, j'arrive avant l heure certe le mr de l'accueil qui semblait dormir me cris dessus en disant qu il n'est pas l heure On me donne la chambre 12, je rentre fatigué je m'en dors apres une nuit blanche de transport je m'en dors, lendemain d boutons je sors visiter la ville de nouveau je rentrè fatigué je m'en dors Je me réveille en me grattant tt mon corps voir photo j'allume la lumière plein de bestiole bizarre que vs trouverez en photo ci jte, je regarde le matelas tout sal plein de peinture ramassé dans les ordures je pense vu son état j'ai passer la nuit à attendre le lever du jour sans dormir et en allant me plaindre on m'envoie c.... normal que c'est moi qui es en tord d'avoir accepter la chambre J'appel Expédia pour trouver une solution, merci encore au mr que j'ai eu et qui a compris mon désarroi étant dans un pays autre loin de chez moi, il a essayer de les appeler il ne répondait pas au téléphone j'ai dû descende et les obliger à répondre sur mon téléphone pr qu il parle avec eux et au final apres 4h de disscussion car le mr qui était de journée ne voulait pas me rembourser ni trouver de solution pr finir par annuler les 3 jrs me restant Et j'ai du chercher un autre hotel dans cette état de fatigue, cette angoisse d'avoir attraper une quel quonque maladie et repartir plus tot que prévu de ce pays Vacance horrible à Casablanca Je vous le déconseille fortement très fortement À bannir également d' Expédia
