We do have a maintenance on hand 24 hours, so I am not sure if he was called or what had happened that day. I was informed that the toilet was good and the maintenance was not needed. Our website does state that our pool outside is not heated, but we do have the nice hot jacuzzi out there as well. I do want to let you know we are at our competitive and market rate here. February is also a high peak season for us. So, I'm sorry you felt it was not worth the rate. We are a brand-new hotel and we do want our guest happy and wanting to come back. Also, I'm not sure if you informed our front desk about your tv? So once again, we apologize for not exceeding your satisfaction.
