"They didn't have house keeping staff over the weekend. That was a first for me on vacation. It was a lil off putting having to request towels and make up the bed."

"It was very difficult to get them to send an email with the information I needed to check in, so it ended up with me having to stay at another hotel the first night because they forgot to send me the first email"
