Hello Alyssa, I am sorry for the delay in response as I had left when you were here and had family things to take care of and meetings today. First of all I would like to say that upon review of our security cameras and speaking to the staff when you arrived, it was not them that were being rude. You were getting loud and demanding with them and cursing in front of your children. You being not permitted to stay here was not something that was made us as the managers who put you on that list would not have done so if they did not have the need or were able to charge a cleaning fee. It had nothing to do with not getting a "party fee". As for you stating that you called and confirmed twice about your reservation and were not told, I did receive two calls who I now believe was from you asking only about the pool. At no time did you provide your name and say you already had a reservation. On the contrary, you said that you were looking to make a reservation, meaning you had not done so at that point. If you had I would have been able to give you prior warning before you booked.
