"I honestly don’t understand what other reviewers meant by the property being “dated”. My family & I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, we all had our own bed, including the pull out bed. Housekeeping was phenomenal every day. It felt like we had a new room every time they provided housekeeping services. Not to mention to Atlantis & Aquaventure amenities. It literally gets no better than that. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. The pool bar & staff were amazing. Anything we needed, we were accommodated immediately with great customer service. I refuse to stay anywhere else when Im in the Bahamas. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property. "

"Lovely people and really helpful concierge. Could do with fixing a lot of the brown beach chairs as so many of the covers were broken but we never felt like they ran out. we could always get one by 1030am. Great to walk around everywhere, lots of options for drinks and food. Beach bar food wasn't too bad. Of course everywhere is expensive but we knew that before we booked and had accepted it. Room was always nicely turned over and the staff always said hello, very welcoming. Good size room too (ocean view). Really liked the hob and the ability to cook in the room as well as that saved a few pennies."

"This was our first visit and we loved it!! So much to do! We just truly enjoyed it. My suggestion for the future. If someone is visiting for the first time, insist that they be shown where their room is located. I had to ask several times for direction and we were VIP guests. Also more options for breakfast with more tea options in the hotel. Poseidon table is expensive with too much food. Can’t eat all of that for breakfast. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the coral. It is showing some wear, but everything was clean. We were greeted warmly by every hotel staff we walked past. One of our party had a minor injury and it was so nice to have nurse and doctor onsite. "

"Staff was above and beyond. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms were nicely updated and clean each day. Courtyard was very nice and comfortable l. We would only stay here next time in San Juan."

"My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. I hosted an event and coordinating via long distance was exhausting, Sue (event coordinator) made my vision a reality. Will be coming back soon. The food at the Renaissance is 10/10."
