I stayed there with 2 kids for two nights. The staff there are very friendly and nice. Just the room face to main street you can hear some noises from the bar & pubs on the street downstairs but it is acceptable, not very disturbed.

Great property with spacious accommodation. Room was very clean and furniture was comfortable. Was disappointed that the pool was only for use with a spa package. Choice of food at breakfast was a bit limited, also every time I got up to get more, the waiter/waitress would have completely cleared my table by the time I returned, removing half drunk drinks, cutlery and table furnishings.

It used to be the post office, and had an historical significance. The dining room used to be the sorting room. Very well maintained and beautiful!
