Pros: Jared the front desk person was really warm and welcoming. The breakfast was actually good. Lots of restaurant options right near by Cons: The toilet was dirty, black mold or whatever it was in the shower, rooms are outdated, wallpaper coming off walls, bed a bit hard, but okay. I'm being charged an extra fee, to which noone can or could explain why. Jared had to call his General Manager for help. At first, Shay the AGM tried to tell me its an Expedia issue, its not because the transaction happened the day I checked in. Then thought I had purchased something in their very small store, again...no. The extra transaction is still pending on my account, so hopefully it will drop off. If not, I will be calling. Overall, this place was okay for just a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't stay beyond that.

Friendly staff, nice lobby, decent breakfast choices. Room outdated, hand prints on mirrors n tv, damp smell, bathtub chipping, small rooms for the price.

Property was below average not worth the amount of money paid. Property has an and infestation that they were aware about but did not tell anyone because it is “hit or miss”. Wallpaper peeling, sheets dingy, and furniture out of date. The room is very overpriced for accommodations.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby was newer than the rooms. Although the room was very clean and spacious it could be updated. We had a King bed suite. Bed was very hard. My husband liked it. I didn't. We would definitely stay there again!

The property is older and in need of updating. The night we stayed, the other guests were very loud. Room smelled dingy and damp. This was the only hotel with rooms available in the area and I now know why.

Besides having a great staff the hotel was updated and clean. Lots of restaurants in the area too. I did have trouble with my room key card. It took several attempts to open the door. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is close to I-57 and there are several restaurants close by along with gas so very convienient. Only thing not working was the pool.

It was not what I expected
Breakfest was terrible. Hard as a rock waffles (I think were waffles). Some stale muffins and yougurt. The rooms were clean and tidy. Service was as I say nice but like gas station customer service nice. The pool is drained and the jaccuzzi as well. The decor pics featured don't match the actual inside decor. One postive I noticed they seemed to be pet friendly from other guests checking in :)

There are other properties in the area that offer nicer accommodations at better prices. The rooms (or at least my room) was in rough shape. I’ll stay at another property in the future.

This hotel was way over priced what you get. The room was very small & the wall paper was peeling in several spots. The hotel is not serving breakfast and the pool is still closed due to covid. The staff is never at the front desk.
