Horrible this was the worse experience I had. Hotel is dirty, poor maintenance, bed sheets have yellow spots, kitchen and cabinets rusted and in bad shapes, room walls have holes, mold in the shower and the list goes on and on, No recommended
Blinds throughout hotel were broken and missing blinds. Kitchen light did not work. Smelled like an ashtray. Walls and doors had peeling paint. Poorly maintained hotel. The front door would malfunction and not lock; felt unsafe.
I will never stay here again.

There were roaches in the kitchen area and the receptionist was rude and acted like he didn’t want to allow me to stay there because it was later at night.

The rooms smelled musty. The room I stayed in was horrible. The smell was so bad I had to sleep upright in a chair with my face mask and blanket over my face just so I could breathe. Checked out as soon as I could and would not recommend this to anyone.

The hotel does not have an elevator to second floor. The door out to the porch didn’t close well and excessive traffic noise was heard late into the evening.

Sketchy hotel right here, patches on the walls, dirty floors and walls. Do not stay here this place is unsafe!!

We were here for a soccer tournament. The stay was pleasant and one of us even used the pool on the Saturday night. The front desk person was courteous and professional. The room definitely met our criteria for a place to relax and sleep.
Dirty sticky floors. Room smells musty from mold with black mold stains showing throughout. Very Poor maintenance and cheap looking repair. towels were stained and felt as if they should of been retired in the 70’s Truly a horrible experience. When I confronted the staff with thaws issues. Staff doesn’t care. I Would not stay there again if they paid me

The room was NOTHING like the photos pictured on Expedia website . The king mattress was leaned up against a queen headboard , not comfortable and very noisy , the air conditioner unit was coming off wall , the bath sink counter was coming off the wall , holes in the bathroom wall , no hot water . Room was disgusting. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in the pot and coffee maker was filthy. Why is this place still offered on Expedia when I was told by Expedia customer service that there had been other complaints !!! I have photos .

This place is the definition of false advertising. Bright cheery rooms? Wrong. Absolutely wrong. You’re welcomed with the strongest chemical fragrance to cover the black mold smell. None of the chemicals were actually used to clean the room. Black mold clear as day in the corner above the shower, along with other water damage still happening from the room above. The sink is cracked and barely drains. The doors are covered with dirt and grime. Mini fridge doesn’t cool. Stove top pans needed to be replaced forever ago. Outlets don’t work unless you prop something under to keep things charging. Holes and patches all over the walls. Ants and cockroaches will be all over the kitchenette and bathroom. All this and more was brought up to the “manager/boss” Phillip and he became hostile and disrespectful. Called my boyfriend and I liars about the cleanliness and bugs. His attempt at righting this after being screamed at, was to give us a different room, in the exact same shape. For my own sanity and safety, we left to a much better hotel. Hopefully they will use my donated paid night to fix something. Highly, highly advised to avoid. I also took pictures of the property and sent to Expedia.

The shower drain wouldn’t drain. Then we got woke up to knocking on our door around midnight from an employee stating our water was leaking into the downstairs room. Other than that the stay was decent for the price!

This was an awful hotel. First room I was in tv didn't work. They moved me to another room which the lights didn't work in the bathroom. Non working internet and when I checked out in the am I noticed they took a photocopy of my credit card info. Not secure at all

The OYO is on a beautiful channel in Cape Coral. It is centrally located, with an easy drive to the Fort Myers airport, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool and channel, but during the time we stayed it was too chilly to use the pool (it is not heated). Our room had a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and had a great layout. The room could definitely use a good update and cleaning. It had mold behind the toilet and in multiple spots the walls had holes (like from door handles or previous toilet paper holders). The best part of the hotel is that the staff was always courteous and welcoming. There was an on-site laundry which was convenient after spending the day at the beach.

It wasnt what we were expecting based on the pictures. The bathroom was not pleasing nor was the bed comfortable as we felt the springs. Most of the lights didnt also. I am disappointed in the false expectations.

It wasn’t bad, but everything was old. The kitchen area was missing doors on cabinets microwave was very dirty. There was yellow stains in the sheets and the bed was way to soft that it was a bit hard to sleep due to back pain. But it was quite, the house keepers were very polite and helpful. I would stay again I just hope to not have the same room, stained sheets and maybe a more firm mattress

The room smelled liked urine. My sheets and floor were dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work. The fridge didn’t start working until two day into my stay.

Room was extremely dirty, everything in room was broken or outdated. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.
Staff was extremely rude, and did not listen to concerns.
Ended up leaving because there was some sticky undefinable material found and did not feel safe there at all

It was so damp our bed sheets were even damp very uncomfortable. Our clothes were damp the next morning when we got dressed. No sink stopper in the bathroom towels were old and dingy felt like sandpaper. Horrible experience this is an area that we will be visiting a few more times and we definitely will not be staying there.
