Pros: The staff was great! I enjoyed being there during the off season.
Cons: Air ventilation for rooms overlooking the beautiful indoor pool.
Location: Midway point between Hyannis and P-Town. Perfect during the off season.
The only drawback was the overwhelming chlorine/pool chemicals and humidity from the room overlooking the indoor pool. Maybe better ventilation would solve it or perhaps just a room facing outwards the hotel parking lot vs. the pool. The view of the pool and set up was great! Just not conducive for ME during allergy/flu/sinus season. I'd definitely try a different room there and definitely recommend others to stay there.

Nice place to stay!Posted 31-Oct-2013
Pros: The convenience to Wellfleet where the birthday celebration was being held.
Cons: Will definitely make sure that there are no issues with noisy fans.!
Location: We only stayed overnight.
We were in Eastham for a family birthday...Our room was very spacious and overlooked the pool...the only problem we had was that there was a fan in the pool area that woke us up aroung 5:30 a.m...went down to address this with the staff and they were able to stop the fan. Other than that, the staff was very pleasant...had a great time in the lounge with Janet...met a great couple fro NY city..overall, it was a positive experience...will definitely stay there again.

Exceptional buy for the pricePosted 30-Oct-2013
Pros: Everything, except the meal. It wasn't as lavish as we've had in previous Sheratons but it was okay. We had the meat loaf special and pizza.
Cons: More seafood options since it is on the Cape.
Location: We loved the beauty of the Cape Cod National Seashore and other quaint towns and lighthouses. We would love to experience more.
The staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was very roomy with two very comfortable queen beds. Everything was exceptionally clean and neat. Your hotel was close in proxmity to everything which we liked. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Cape Cod. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Nice hotel, convenient location, close to beachesPosted 13-Oct-2013
Pros: The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They truly took the time to answer our questions and make recomme
Cons: Check in time they only had one staff person at the front desk. They could have used at least 2 people.
Location: Right on Route 6. Lots of beaches, restaurants, bike trail nearby. Massage places across the street and down the road. Great Deli on Brackett Road.
The hotel has a special room for bicycle storage on the ground level so you don't need to carry your bicycles into your room. The pool and hot tub area is nice with plenty of room for everyone. Their is an access path out back which will bring you to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and some of the nicest beaches are just up the road. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great hotelPosted 07-Oct-2013
We had a wedding down the Cape and decided to spend the night here. We visited some friends and then went to the hotel to check in and get ready for the wedding. My husband forgot to pack a shirt and tie(!) He called the front desk and Donna was very helpful in giving directions to a nearby store so we could run out and get these for him. Then, since we were unsure how long it would take us to get to the venue, he called Donna again - by now they were on a first name basis - to find out. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The room was fine, the bedding was comfortable and we would definitely stay there again!

Good enoughPosted 28-Sep-2013
I needed a weekend off and wanted to stay in the Wellfleet vicinity. I wasn't in the mood to stay in a little motel along Rte 6. I had visions of a small, slightly moldy room and it wasn't what I needed at the time. I also wasn't prepared to pay up for Chatham Bars Inn although that would have been spot-on. I was happy enough with my room which I was pleased to find very clean. The window faced the enclosed indoor pool that got a little noisy with a few kids in the early evening - voices echoing in the enclosure - but that was probably the worst of it. The main feature was the bed. It was very comfortable, new and the linens were top notch. Just right for some much needed sleep. Lots of parking, centrally located, nice and helpful staff. I would stay here again.
