I had a room that was separate from main hotel. At first a tad intimated - security-wise…..not knowing anything about Canyon TX. But it was great!

Walked in to check in and was attended with a smile and a welcome. Check in was quick and easy ( Ialready had a paid reservation) First thing I noticed when I pulled into the property was how clean it was. When i walked in it was also properly clean and smelled nice. We were also greated with a welcome bag that contained two snacks and two water, very unexpected, but if anit customer service i didnt know what to tell ya. Also asked how are day was and we talk briefly about our day and come to find out he also has been to Palo Duro Canyon. All this while checking in. Five stars from me. Keep up the good work.

Very Nice Very Nice!
We had an excellent stay. We had a King Suite that was comfortable, clean, quiet and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical, but warm and fresh with plenty of choices. The pool is well kept and family friendly. The location is close to site seeing in the area as well as dining options. We'll stay here again.

Convenient location
Booked at Best Western due to the fact it was very close to Palo Duro canyon. Room was nice , manager was helpful. Overall, would recommend anyone wanting to stay .

Overall good. Property has some wear and tear. First floor room was quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Potty seat would not stay up when raised! Breakfast was good but not great.

Great place to rest!
We had been traveling in treacherous conditions and finally checked in at 2:00 AM. The night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our suite was very clean and the beds also very confortable. We had plenty of towels and the heater unit was quiet and worked well. This was a great place to rest our road weary bones.

Two ceiling fans, one with pull chain switch that worked - the other ran continuously with pull chain that would not work & no control wall switch to kill power. Fan ran 24hr/ day.

They keycards barely worked the elevator was odd and slow. The vending machines were terrible. The manager was very nice basically it’s only redeeming quality. Would not recommend.

The stay was good. The hotel location is convenient to the Palo Duro canyon state park and caprock canyon state park. The housekeeping staff was weird to knock at 9 am on check out day to come clean, then again at 10:30 am , 10:45 am and 10:54 am to remind us to check out. We told them each time “not yet” thank you. We have never had this experience at any other best western.
