We had a great time. The staff were very polite. The pool area could have been a little warmer, but overall it was a nice comfortable stay!

2 night stay. First night we thought the room was a bit unclean and the pet fee was not as reported by Expedia. Shortly after midnight there was a loud vibration that started outside our window like a rattle on a vent. It went on intermittently ALL night. We didn’t get much sleep. The desk staff was really great in the morning and moved us to another room for our second night. So much better! I asked for credit for the first night because it was impossible to sleep with that noise all night and they did give us the credit. No problem and I hope they looked into the issue. I’m sure it was something loose on the exterior AC of our room. Just our luck

I arrived to check in on the property. I had my 2 young granddaughter's literally in bathing suits to swim . They said the pool was closed due to maintenance. I can understand that but I couldn’t understand why the girls couldn’t swim a the adjacent Hilton Hampton Inn. The desk clerk said that was impossible. I demanded to talk to the hotel and thanks to Misty , our granddaughters were very happy to swim at the Hampton Inn ! Bless you Misty !

It was prompt it was clean. About less than a year ago we stayed add another one home to stay and they had bagels muffins. So that’s really the only reason why I was disappointed. I mean they had an omelette and waffles and croissants. I just thought well maybe they would have more variety. Like the last time we stayed at the home to stay.

Enjoyed the roominess of the suite. Everything at your finger tips. Bedsheets were soft & comfy. Breakfast was interesting. Make your own waffles were tasty & fun. The breakfast sandwich was dry & hard.

Reunion weekend
The hotel itself was comfortable and we had no complaints with accommodations or staff. We just had neighbors either beside or below us that slept all night with either music or television on that I could hear even above my sound machine. I did not alert staff as to not cause issues but that was our only complaint.
