Nao gostei da tv pequena e só dois canais tv aberta. Cafe da manhã fraquinho, a copeira mau humorada, o pior que vi até hoje. O vidro do box quebrou em cima de mim qdo fui tomar banho e o quarto ficou cheio de caco de vidro, sai para eles limparem e qdo retornei continuava cheio de caco de vidro e recepcionista falou que eu tomasse cuidado ao andar no quarto pq tinha cacos e que só iam limpar depois porque a prioridade era de quem estava chegando. No outro dia ainda tinha caco de vidro. Achei muita falta de respeito comigo que era hospede. E alem de eu sair cortada nas mãos e pernas ainda queriam que eu pagasse o vidro.

Bom noite, somente a chegada foi satisfatória. Porque no dia seguinte começo o martírio. Porque nem no alto da pandemia quando estive em Gramado o café não era servido por ninguém os hospedes que se serviam. Na pousada o café era servido por uma pessoa totalmente despreparada e com uma tremenda mau vontade. O que ficou nítido era que os hospedes não servia porque o café era limitado. Café fraco, de fruta somente mamão e melão. O bolo duro e com cheiro forte de ovo. Eu pedi para a servente me fazer um misto quente, o pão. veio com meia fatia de queijo e meia fatia de presunto. Na ultima noite para completar não conseguia dormir porque o hospede acima no quarto (fiquei no térreo) fazia um barulho horrível parecia que o quarto iria caia na minha cabeça. Reclamei com o Sr Rui e uma senhora que falaram que não podia fazer nada. Cheguei o cúmulo de ameaçar chamar a Brigada em virtude do barulho e isso já eram 22 30 horas da noite. Simplesmente horrível. Para não falar que nada foi bom. a única coisa boa era a limpeza.(tb era o mínimo). Não vale o preço que se paga.

Quarto abafado,sem janela, café horrível frio, pouquicimo variedade ( sanduíche com meia fatia de queijo e presunto mine pastel)e ainda uma única pessoa servindo ( fila espera) não podia se servir,sem iluminação na rua, tv com 2 canais e tv aberta somente, sistema de calefação desligava a noitee sem controle ar condicionado.
