The staff was excellent and the room itself was very nice. My only major problem is that the vibe of the place is very gloomy. Grey walls, grey carpet, dark lighting, made it a bit stark and grim to be in there.

Innovative one-bedroom design was good, though the kitchenette is small and stuck in the corridor. I couldn't get the Chromecast to work with my device. We had a problem with our room that we were told would be fixed, but wasn't. Signs that some of the design decisions favoured form over function, or at least that the quality of fittings didn't match the design brief - eg the legend on the light switches has come off some, so that it's an exercise in trial and error to establish what switches work with what lights.
