The staff are always great! The place is clean and well decorated. We always enjoy our stay. Breakfast is superb! Easy to walk around to restaurants and shops.

The property and rooms were absolutely lovely. Everything is quite new, modern and trendy. They have a nice games room and pool. There are some quirky things around the property like a selfie camera and pirate maps. Staff were very friendly and helpful providing tips what to do around the area. We needed a crib during our stay and they had them available for us to use which was perfect. The breakfast was superb !! Delicious buffet and juices. You can also order tapioca off menu.

Comfortable stay
Well located hotel with nice design and modern facilities. There's also a good restaurant on the ground floor, which offers room service. Beds are comfortable, rooms are reasonably sized. Points to improve: poor soundproofing (we could hear the people next door as if they were inside our room), bad service during breakfast (our order never arrived, nobody came to check at any point).

It would have been nice to receive the food & beverage discount but it was not provided by the hotel. Although quite nice, the lounge had live music both nights and it was impossible to have a conversation. Terrible that we had to take our drinks both nights and sit in a lobby and meeting room foyer. The hotel was quite nice but these two reasons are enough for me not to return, and I plan to be in this city many more times in the next few months.

We are grateful for the attention received and especially for the fact that our breakfast was provided before the opening of the restaurant and served in the apartment. It was very important to have been able to eat at the right time, as I needed to fast afterwards because of my surgery. The team's dedication to meeting our needs was special!

Great Stay
We have been in this hotel before and enjoyed. The location is the best in Campinas . Now they are really cautious about cleaning and the breakfast had every item packed. We paid for a late check out for a late flight and service was very good.

If you arrive by car the valet parking service charges you for parking before you can check in — but they refuse to take international credit cards. And they refuse to let you add the parking charge to your hotel account (which you can pay with an international credit card). A poor welcome for foreign customers...

Dear Mr. Robert, As an outsourced service and the tax rules defined by Campinas City (town hall), the payment for the parking service needs to be made directly to the Parking Company. They normally receive credit cards from other countries and this was the first time that we had problems, wich has already been reported to the card holder. Gostamos bastante do hotel Estrutura muito boa e moderna Pessoal da recepcao e bar especialmente o grande Josenildo são muito prestativos. Infelizmente o cafe é servido no quarto devido ao Covid isso acabou sendo o ponto negativo, mas do restante estava td ok!

Achei o quarto pequeno comparado a outros hoteis na cidade.. porem muito confortavel. Ponto negativo para o cafe da manhã, pois alem de nao ter mesas disponíveis (tivemos que aguardar), o serviço é lento... poucas opções. Como o hotel estava em reforma, apenas um elevador tambem foi um problema.

Very good location. Nice views of the city. For some odd reason all power outlets are 220v, which is not the standard for that region, it should be 110v. Rooms are a bit smal and there is no stand for the bags, no bureau and only one chair. Would be nice to have in the front desk (there is no desk) some information about the city and things to do.

Trendy style hotel with rock & roll theme lounge, accommodating staff who were fluent in English, and it’s located in Cambui, a nice, safe area. Especially wonderful was an art exhibit and reception in the lobby.

Amazing
No counter - someone goes to you as soon as you step in the hall, so, no lines to check-in or check-out. Staff is very polite, elevator is fast, breakfast is ok (perfect eggs, some lack of breads), rooms are very good with big 50" smart tvs.

Restaurant is operated a little poorly (3d ishes that were ordered the same time arrived one at a time with 15min inbetween, waiters not attentive, other than that the hotel is good. Clean with comfy beds and competent personnel at the reception.
