"The door to our card keyed building was propped open at least 2 nights and days as well. Why have card keys, if no one keeps the doors to the outside closed?? This made me very uncomfortable, and one night I removed the towel holding the door to the outside open. While the office staff was fantastic, shouldn't someone be responsible for making certain that no doors from the outside are propped open?"

"There was no hot water, and when we informed the receptionist she said to run the tap for 15 minutes. That didn’t work AND the shower head was totally broken from the wall so we had to hold it while attempting to bathe ourselves. The light socket was falling off the wall, which is a serious electrical code issue, and the cable box for the TV was hanging from the cords to the TV. A very run down place, and the receptionist was unfriendly and had no sympathy about our hot water. Very disappointed when paying almost $300 for the room!!"
