Great stay!
This is a true "Motel", each room with its own carport and "garage" door to lock your car in. It was also super clean and convenient - no amazing views for sure, but easy access to everything in Novara.

Faulty towers, but really not funny at all.
Never met such poor service and maintenance. We knew what kind of hotel this was (a motel, mostly sought for privacy). We received a junior suite room with a bed arrangement different from what we had reserved. Despite the fact we had corresponded with them that morning, they hadn't bothered to inform us they were giving us a different room because the reserved room had a jacuzzi malfunction. When we asked for the correct type of beds, they offered us two regular adjoining rooms. Then came a series of unbelievable blunders. The first alternative room was occupied. Please remember this is partly a love hotel, not a place one is eager to step into someone else's room. Then they gave us two rooms where the air-conditioning and temperature were unbelievably hot in mid August. Finally, at 9 pm we agreed to take two adjoining rooms, one of which was a smoking room, with the opposite room experiencing a water flooding, with water spreading to the corridor carpet. Malfunctions do occur, but I would expect that if you are asked to accept a room different than one you reserved, then the reception should make every effort to give you an equal, or better room. Not tire you with such sn unbelievable series of changes.

Not a good airport hotel
Don’t stay here if you are looking for accommodations close to the airport. Website listed “airport shuttle” did not exist. The town that this hotel is in was shut down at night with road blocks at most roads coming into/out of the city. Had to follow locals driving AROUND the physical barriers on the grass/gravel to get through. Receptionist barely speaks English, too. Imagine trying to communicate road blocks into the city and expressing concern about being able to drive out to the airport on time.

Just as good as I was expecting.
Very good and met all my expectations. A car is needed to visit local restaurants in the evening. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful, for example, the coffee machine was being cleaned and so a member of staff prepared one from the bar area. The room was wonderful, a welcome change from the corporate repetitiveness. Love the mirror over the bed, but my wife was wondering where I was when I Skyped her. Only one minor quibble, the picture in the room was repeated in the bathroom, why not a different picture. I appreciated the pictures in the breakfast area, ha! - they wouldn't be allowed in England.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Autostrada. The rooms were private and each one has their own carport with closing door for security. Has a modern feel with the decorations. Would love to see more hangers and/or a chest of drawers to put things away for extended stays. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty and consisted of meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs, cereal, pastries, bread/toast, fruit, coffee and juices. I got the Jr Suite for a few euros more and I think it was well worth it even though I didn't use the large jacuzzi. I would stay here again.

Great motel to stop at on the way someplace
This is obviously a business kind of motel. Great for a quick stay on your way someplace. Super secure with an adorable little garage type thing for the car. The rooms are quite pretty, they've made a real effort to be stylish and it shows. Our room was clean and every thing worked well. We had to be at the airport the next day but didn't want to stay at the airport. This hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from the airport so was very convenient for us. There really is nothing around there to walk to however. And nothing to see as it's surrounded by industry. It's a good stopping point though and the staff were great and the breakfast wasn't lovely.

the best proposal in the market. value for money
Me and my wife stayed there for 4 nights although initially planned only 1-night stay. Very well located - in a quiet place but only 5 min drive to a motorway, 15 min to Novara, 40 min to the center of Milano, 1 h 15 min to the center of Torino, close to the lakes and 25 min drive to airport. we took as usual a rental car so for us this location was perfect. Very good breakfast (one of the best I had in Italy for this kind of hotels), separate entrance to the room, direct access to the car - no need to use elevators or stairs, spacious room, very!!! convenient. Brand new facilities - no smell, nice design. a lot of fresh air with the open window ( we switched off AC). No noise from around Very friendly staff, director of the motel/hotel speaks Russian as well (for Russians it may be useful). they recommended a restaurant (Da Ciccio) for us which was 100 times better than others rated much higher according to tripadvisor.

Pleasant stay
Although we only stayed one night, our stay was comfortable and convenient. We wanted a hotel not too far from Milan and Novara and the people were perfect. Our highlight was having Giuseppe as our driver. When we left it was like saying goodbye to family.

Motel Camelia is a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience it was staying at Motel Camelia. It is such a private experience with the parking outside your room and the ability to close off the area. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the curtains were a wonderful quality, which totally shut out day light. I don't normally sleep well when travelling but have to say I had the best night's sleep ever. You heard no sound from other guests staying, the staff were excellent and very helpful. If there were similar Motels around Europe I would not stay anywhere else. Hopefully we will get to stay there again when we next holiday in Italy.
