séjour en famille
réservation le jour même, arrivée tardive , le personnel de l'accueil à été très attentive , la chambre était super très propre, très bien équipé en linge de lit pour notre famille , je recommande vraiment cet hotel

Buenos deptos cerca de estación de meto en coche. Súper y shopping cerca. A 20 minutos en coche del casco céntrico pero pueden ir dejar el coche en parking del metro a 5 minutos y viajar tranquilos por metro

Sur place RAS, parfait avec une voiture à 5min de la station de métro blas infantes avec grand parking gratuit pour rejoindre le centre de Seville à 3 stations de là. L appart parfait, l accueil aussi, le problème était plus en amont : nous avons payé par hotels.com mais reçu tous les jours des mails automatiques avec des liens pour régler l hôtel ainsi qu une caution. J ai essayé de leur envoyer un mail resté sans réponse, nous avons fini par appeler l hotel qui nous a dit finalement que c était un mail automatique et de ne pas en tenir compte. Pas très grave mais perte de temps ...

Ótimo custo benefício
A estadia foi maravilhosa, ótimo custo benefício. O apartamento era grande e confortável, o staff foi maravilhoso sempre muito simpáticos. Decidimos ficar mais uma noite e eles nos ajudaram muito. Gostamos muito, pretendemos voltar!

La recepción muy bien y amable, con un pequeño problema porque la bañera estaba oxidada en una zona, he escrito un WhatsApp porque sólo por ahí sé comunicaba con ellos y me dieron otro cuarto a mí pedido que tenía mucho polvo pero lo he limpiado yo y me fui ayer y no había nadie en recepción y hice mi check out por whatsapp y tire fotos de como dejé el apartamento y a mi me dijo la chica a mí llegada que a la hora de mí salida de forma instantánea me devolverían los 100 euros que me sacaron de la cuenta cómo fianza y ayer lo pedí por su WhatsApp y hasta el momento no me lo han devuelto.
