"The location was what I expected. A quiet and beautiful place but close to playa de Illetas beach. A short ride to Palma as well. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. Only had the dinner buffet once as we wanted to explore local restaurants. It was okay but couldn’t complain as we were tired from a long flight. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. I will definitely return back and stay in the ocean view room next time!"
"La camera dovrebbe essere rifatta prima delle 14:00.La sera il servizio di couverture si dovrebbe fare quando gli ospiti sono fuori e non alle 19:00,basterebbe una mezz’ora più tardi in modo di dare al cliente il tempo di prepararsi per la cena"
"The hotel is at a very good level overall. The interior design is beautiful, and its incredible location on a cliff gives the property a cascading layout, allowing about 90% of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking sea views.
I especially appreciated the privacy on the balcony, thanks to the concrete partitions with frosted glass. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Although the selection was not huge, everything was fresh and well-prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding pastries – they were absolutely amazing.
The cocktails at the pool bar were excellent, both in taste and presentation. The hotel grounds are very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped.
There is access to the sea, which is a great advantage. However, the staircase leading back up from the sea is very inconvenient. Elderly guests or people with excess weight may find it quite difficult to climb.
The biggest downside of the rooms is the mattresses and bedding. They were very uncomfortable and significantly affected the quality of sleep."
Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites - Adults Only
8/10 Good
"As always the staff are brilliant! The only disappointing aspect was the vegetarian options. The few items they did have, were marked incorrectly.
Went to the Teppanyaki restaurant, very disappointed. Prior to arrival explained 1 x vegetarian 1 x pescatarian. The chef was adamant that meant we ate anything except red meat! Not acceptable, for a hotel of this rating…"
