"We arrived in time for the welcome gathering/cocktail hour. We enjoyed a drink from the bar and some finger foods after checking in. The pool was open late which was awesome because my kids were looking forward to swimming. The rooms are spacious and a two Queen bed bedroom was perfect for a family of four. The kids went to sleep earlier in the evening and we sat on the other side of the bathroom in the little living room side of the suite to watch TV without impacting them. (There were TVs on both sides) In the morning we went down right at the time breakfast started which was a huge must. It got busy quick. So many open options for everyone and an omelette station. We would definitely stay here again. The one complaint, which is not the hotel's fault, the valet service at checkout was horrible. We used the service ticket to text for the car and headed down a few minutes later. Mind you, we got downstairs 30 minutes earlier than my planned departure time. Not only did the valet not get our car during that 30 minutes, it took about 45 minutes and we were almost late for a reservation we had at the zoo. The one thing this entire trip was planned around! Valet said my keys were moved to another location and it took a few people to get them to the runner so he could get the car out for us. Bad experience! "
