"This hotel provided excellent customer service given by very helpful staff. The drinks and hors doeuvres that were laid on each evening were a lovely touch that we all appreciated. We had 3 rooms all in one annexe that were well decorated with great facilities. The rotunda room was particularly special. Everything about the hotel worked perfectly for us, including the location. Don’t go here for the Expedia perks. The arrogant young man at reception informed me that “we don’t honour that” when we checked in. A good portion of the staff share his snooty air unfortunately. The rest seem well trained and professional. "
