A very nice and at times quite luxurious hotel right in the centre of Calgary. The rooms were spotless everyday and the staff were a pleasure to talk to. With the very centre of Calgary only five minutes walk away I would not hesitate to stay there again and with the C-train only one block away, it can be used to get you anywhere in Calgary. One critisism is that because of its location you can hear the usual morning traffic but you soon tune that out. Very impressed for the price.

Felt very safe here, even with kids.We saw no sign of dealers as quoted on here. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Buffet excellent value. Staff very polite. Watch out for car park charges $16 a day.

Centrally located with underground valet carparking. Close to shopping malls and Calgary tower. Few blocks from Chinatown. Very clean and allowed us to remain in room until evening flight

For a good value short stay,the Ramada is fine. The room was clean and a good size.Room service was served quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful,especially in the breakfast room.I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet location in Calgary and a convienient pick up point for trips.

“Convenient for transport sightseeing and Stampede”

Reception poor. Calgary was very full for stampede. After returning at 4.00 pm as room not available earlier we were told hotel was full and overbooked. As we had already paid we were eventually given a disabled room of good size. Breakfast buffet good value. Close to buses and C train, ideal location for Stampede via C train. All Sightseeing, shops and restaurants within 20 minutes walk. Parking on site but busy, parked by attendant.

Good hotel, would certainly recommend it. Very central to everything in Calgary. Reception friendly and helpful.

“Great hotel, friendly staff, great location”

A reasonably priced hotel in a great downtown location. The room had a new bathroom and was newly decorated although some of the furniture looked a little battered already. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also great. The dining room could do with a make over, but overall a very good hotel.
