Pretty rundown, our bedding had stains, the bathroom door handle was missing so we couldn’t close the door, Smelled like marijuana throughout the halls and someone’s dog was barking throughout the night. It was more of a $50/night hotel for three times the price.

Great Hotel for half the price of Chocktaw and it's literally 2 mins away. Stylish upgrades and a very modern look. Rooms have brand new flooring, bedding, furniture and bathroom looks like it went through a serious remodel. Overall, this hotel is legit! And I was able to check-in early. I was told the hotel is under new ownership and it definitely looks like it. I will definitely stay again. Oh yeah, if you love coffee, this place has the best hotel coffee I've ever had, fr fr!! I brewed a cup and the whole room smelled like a hipster type coffee shop. And it tasted fabulous too. Owners even hooked me up with some to take home!!

The property is based around a lot of open land, but in a good area close to the casino close to stores things are but most of all the staff was excellent. I took my 89 year old mother four days to Oklahoma and we stayed at Hi-Lo Hotel in the staff was tremendous no matter how people look at it. Property was very cute and stylish. There were definitely some deep cleaning that needed done in our room, but it wasn't that bad overall for cleanliness. It was just down the road from the casino which was what we were looking for. Would recommend for a low cost stay near Choctaw.

Went to 3 different rooms and they either weren’t clean or someone was in them. They don’t know if people are already checked in. The door did not have an extra safety lock like the others. It’s been in “remodel” for a couple of years. Elevator didn’t work. Just run down property that we didn’t feel very safe being at.

Pri is amazing! He owns the property and is there everyday during the week. I’ve stayed there twice now and he goes out of his way to make sure your taken care of and needs are met. The place is clean and very modern and the free breakfast in the morning is so good!!

I love that it’s right off the highway. Makes it easy to get to and get back on. The rooms all look exactly like the pictures. Super cute place and very clean. The front desk person was always super nice and friendly.

At check in the clerk charged my ccard more than i had already paid via expedia. The room was dirty and had food in the frig. A housekeeper came into room unannounced and without knocking. I was undressed.. complained to front desk and person shrugged it off as a english language issue.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, elevator didn’t work we had to go up 3 flights a stairs! No hot water. We tried to find another hotel but everything in the area. Was booked so we had to load up and drive home.

The room, towels, sheets, bathroom were very clean. But the hot water didn't last very long, like no longer than 5 minutes. I took a shower at like 8 pm. They let people who Are Not Handicap park in Handicap parking. I should have complained, but was too tired to mess with it. I am Handicap and do have Handicap plates. But they do have big carts to put your luggage on, so that was a plus not having to drag my luggage upstairs. For the off-season prices, it's a bargain.

Decent stay, price is high
Overall stay was ok. It was clean and appeared nice, but they are redoing floors in lobby so immediately walking in the first impression was concerning. Rooms are clean and big, but because they are so big it almost seemed bare. Theres no dresset or shelf to set suitcase, just a desk on the other end of the room. It lacks lighting, most of it is what comes in through the window. Soft pillows but the bed is hard. Rooms are very clean and modern looking, nice bathrooms. Breakfast was about the same as any other hotel, had a few hot items and was ok but nothing fantastic. We got the room on a discount and was around $100 that night, its worth that but not worth the normal rate of $230+ a night, there are better hotels for that price or less. And they want a $150 damage deposit at check in which seemed high to me. Overall its an OK hotel, it was clean, staff is friendly.

Looks renovated on the outside but inside, we encountered moldy washrooms, dirty floors and walls and outdated and creepy paintings. There were noisy neighbors above us but we switched to the top 3rd floor and could not hear the neighbors but the unit had a noisy A/C. Good thing its already under 60F outside so we turned it off. Did not try the free breakfast. The only good thing was their free to use Tesla supercharger (48kw) in the front parking lot.

I would not suggest staying here . Our room was very dirty and we could hardly sleep from the smell . Overall very weird experience.. I guess that room rate is so cheap because of these reasons. Not worth it .

The whole “we are tech savvy & cool” with all the ikea styles etc. are a good idea, but that cheaper made kinda stuff doesn’t hold up well with lots of traffic.. Shower walls & floors in room need replaced. The Hotel could use a good cleaning from head to toe. They were replacing carpet & had no signs stating - please excuse our mess etc.. they just acted like it was normal surroundings. I asked & they kinda poopoo’d it off. The hotel served the purpose but was not nice by any means.

In the past I had a good stay but this time was very disappointing and honestly gross. I booked 2 rooms and when I arrived the clerk was adamant that Hotels.com only issued a virtual credit for one room. I showed her my confirmation and my charge for 2 rooms. She wouldn't budge and made me call Hotels.com myself to ask them to issue another virtual credit. I asked her the amount of the first credit and she said she was unable to see it which made no sense but I continued with the call to Hotels.com. The agent called her and magically she found the second room reservation and told him that both rooms were paid by the exact virtual credit that she had insisted only covered one room. Next morning at check out, a new person looked it up and said there should have never been a problem to begin with and that both rooms were covered by the one virtual credit...go figure. Now the rooms...my room was relatively clean but hot even when I switched the heater to AC and the lotions in the bathroom were half used. My friends room was very dirty. There was blood on the bathroom door, trash under the desk, chips under the couch, the shower was dirty, the fixtures in the bathroom were loose and the carpet had huge visible stains on them. I can honestly say that this is the first bad review I have ever left on this site and I hope that this otherwise cute hotel fixes the cleanliness problem and ensures that its employees are taught customer service and are better trained.
