"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."

"The customer service was excellent the room was horrible the rooftop was full of water but we need it a place to rest so we just leave it alone and rest the whole carpet was wet too. Over all the it was a 4 for me. "
