Our stay at Crystal Brook Flynn Hotel was less than ideal due to a small pool and limited variety in the breakfast buffet. We also encountered a cockroach in our room, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in cleanliness and amenities.

Everything was very good except for guest parking. Could not get a spot when I checked in. Parked on the street and Monday on morning was late to pay for the street parking. Go a ticket.

Meeting place for tours, many kinds of dining options nearby, Night Markets close b, and easy access to other activities and transportation. Loved the showerheads and especially the water and Ferris wheel view!!

Most I liked is courteous staff and always there to help and helped with smile on their face. My luggage was already there in our room before even we reached to room. Room was nicely decorated with welcome message and welcome gift too.

Lovely modern hotel right on the Esplanade in Cairns. We were on a high floor with a balcony and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly, the work out facilities were great and the Whiskey and Wine bar had great cocktails.

What a wonderful stay at Crystal Brook Flynn. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was very easy for is to walk from the Pier where we had multiple trips back and forth for various island and reef tours. There was plenty of nearby food options and grocery store as well. The staff really went above and beyond, as our last night had a super early check out due to our flight and they helped us out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Crystalbrook Flynn has a beautiful view of Cairns, is located right next to the esplanade, has easy access to a ton of restaurants within 30 seconds of the hotel, and has a few dining options on site along with multiple pools. The hotel employees were very helpful as well!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Everything is new and nice, and is quiet even though it is in super busy location, you couldn’t hear the street noise at all. They have restaurants bars and a spa, and it’s walkable to everything in the central business district, the pier, the esplanade. Wonderful!

Being on the Esplanade, it was in a great location. It was easy to walk to restaurants, and shopping, and the harbor for cruises. The staff was terrific. The only annoying thing was the tablet by the bedside. It is how they want you to do everything, including your “do not disturb” sign. That’s fine, but it was so bright at night, you wanted to take it off its charging stand and lay it upside down.

So quiet, clean and friendly, let alone the resort or cruise ship like entertainment areas, would highly recommend this accomodation, we now have made it a yearly holiday stay.

Modern decor, everything is and looks clean. Amazing location right on the beach with a lagoon right outside. 2/3 mins walk to the pier for all the ocean excursions. Friendly staff and would stay again. Only improvement would be to have more machines in the gym. Other than that all good!

Overall facility was nice
We stayed 3 nights. Very nice facilities but it’s a hassle dealing with the security issues that require a number of secured doors. Also the hostess at the Italian restaurant told us that since we didn’t have reservations for dinner the restaurant was booked so they couldn’t serve us! This was at 6:15 pm and no one was eating there at that time. As we returned from eating dinner a few doors down the esplanade at 7:45, we noticed at least half the tables at Flynn’s, the Italian restaurant, were empty! Didn’t appreciate being lied to!

Beautiful property in a great location, staff is friendly on site and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended it, it’s close to the night markets and shopping as well. Most of the tours pick up point is close by if not pick up from the hotel.

Relax in paradise.
The room was wonderful with both bedrooms separated by a comfortable lounge room. The views are spectacular and the location could not be beat! Really felt like we could finally relax. The only issue we had was a light in the wardrobe that kept coming in and off during the night flickering continuously through the room.
