Property manager Complained about late check in, even though we noted on the Wotif booking. He then complained that we didn’t book direct and noted how much money we lost on arrival. Several things in the apartment didn’t work. Toilet leaked and would refill constantly. Aircon in lounge room rattled soo much we couldn’t use. There was nothing in the apartment to clean, had to use a towel to clean the floor after being at the beach. Virtually no toiletries were provided: 1 roll toilet tissue, some shampoo and 2 bars of soap. A bit rich for the price. Kitchen had no oven, toaster didn’t work, no overhead extraction fan, no frying pan. Think they should revise their star rating and prices. Very disappointing considering how often I use this website for work. Please review
