Property location is in a nice courtyard with restaurants and shops - likely on of the best hotels in the area. Very nice rooms and hotel and parking is OK.

Great stay, all restaurants were very good and the staff is simply amazing, very professional and well trained! Everything was just great felt great returning back from the city. Well organized!

Very nice hotel, perfect location, friendly staff
A very nice hotel, looks very new, perfect location to explore Cagliari or the wider area. It has a parking garage (a bit pricey at €20/night). Also a spa with small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a large gym. On the square there are several very good restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. On new years day they even gave guests a free (and very nice) panettone, delivered to the room with a note. Not the cheapest hotel but worth the money. Very pleasant stay.

The property is well located, elegantly appointed and staffed by friendly, capable people. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The inner courtyard provides an oasis of serenity and community after busy days exploring the city.

The best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. It’s perfectly clean and stunning, but the staff is what really makes it like nothing else. They are the nicest, most professional and kind people we’ve met. Look forward to going back as soon as we can.

An excellent hotel!! My room was so beautiful (very elegant and tasteful decor/branding) and everything so comfortable, especially the bed! The location is convenient and quiet, and the staff lovely and helpful. There is a good gym within the hotel as well as lovely restaurants. Breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful new property with great service
New hotel with great courtyard of variable dining options. Wonderful welcoming service, perfect linens ! Great AC and WiFi. Best breakfast in our month throughout Sardinia. Can’t say enough good things about this property! Walk to shopping, old town and dining. Longish cab ride to beaches. Would only stay here on return to Cagliari.

Perhaps it is unfair but I expected more based on the pricing. The service at breakfast was pleasant but overwhelmed. I had to ask two or three times for a coffee. It was quite noisy 2 of the 3 nights we were there with events with a dj in the courtyard, which echos throughout the hotel and could be heard clearly in our room (even though ours was one of few that did not face the courtyard(.

I did not want to leave this hotel. the stuff ate extraordinary, beautiful location, most comfortable beds, and again the staff went out of their way to make my trip extraordinary. Must have drinks in the lobby bar and go to the spa. Get a facial enjoy all the spa.

Disappointed with the room , heating never worked , the fan in the bathroom want turn on when showered , no coffe facilities in the room. €7 for a bottle of water from mini fridge Noisy early morning .
