I paid for a two queen bed room with sleeper sofa for 3 adults and the dumb nightshift manager gave us a single king with no sleeper, then got mad at US for asking for a room change to what we paid for. Also the breakfast was hot garbage, while the coffee was cold. Also, the pool couldn't be used, gym had no weights whatsoever... Just terrible overall.

Multiple issues with property. Constant smell regardless where we went in hotel (marijuana, heavy fragrance, stair well smell, mice feces/urination smell), loose tile in bathroom. Carpets had stained white spots as if bleached. Did have breakfast which was convenient. Mini fridge barely kept food cold/freezer did not work. One closet handle was not secure. Bed was loud. Gym and pool were out of order. Outside property smelled of dog feces/urination on two sides of building (not just in one spot, but across 2 sides of building over course of several days). Definitely not worth over 100 a night. I doubt I will be returning.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We are no frills people and had to switch rooms 3 times - broken toilet, strong urine smell coming from the air filter, broken mode on air conditioner control. Hair in almost all of the ‘clean’ towels, some kind of bodily fluid in ‘clean’ washcloth stack, front desk on FaceTime entire time, every time they were communicating with us, dirt and hair all over the floors in the room, halls and elevator, spoiled milk in two different containers at the breakfast area. I’ve contacted the company and no word back. Disgusting. Don’t stay here.

Housekeeping was nonexistent. No amenties in the room. Had to go to front desk for shampoo, coffee etc. holes in bathroom walls where towel racks should be. Stopper in sink missing. No hair dryer first two days. Finally got the hair dryer and room cleaned the third day. And then only because the manager personally went and did it. Kudos to her. No internet the entire 5 day stay! Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever.

This hotel is in a great location thats near several restaurants and convenient stores. However, it appears to be an older property. My bathroom door had something spilled all over it. I had to kill several flies. The mattress on the bed should be burned as it was super uncomfortable with a dip in the middle and making noises when you get in it. Someone had left food in the refrigerator and an empty tissue roll was behind the door.

Not worth the price we paid.
The person who checked us in was very nice. The morning employee was rude. Breakfast was pitiful. There was hardly any food out. We had to ask to get the coffee filled and the person was really rude and made it clear that they didn’t want to do it. There was not much a diabetic person could eat.
