"This is a mid-range hotel so dont expect 5 star luxury. I found the reception staff to be really pleasant and helpful and willing to assist me at all times, which was great. The location was ideal, right in the heart of things which meant that it was a little noisey in the evening at times, but easily sorted with the aid of ear plugs. Due to there being bars next door and opposite a little noisy at night but as we were in a beautiful loft room at the back of the hotel oncw we shut the patio door it wasn't an issue for us.
