The Westin Josun in Busan was amazing! Conveniently located at one end of Haeundae Beach, you could walk straight out of the hotel on to the sand. The location was perfect, offering short walking distances to plenty of food options, including Italy Sangjeom, which makes great pizza! The staff were amazing, especially Jinwoo from the front desk, who helped me to navigate the Korean internet to order Lotte Giants tickets! Great hotel, great staff, great location - I will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Westin. We were traveling with two families and had three rooms, which the staff made sure were placed together (had been difficult in other hotels). The rooms were very clean and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Service-wise, Harley made our stay so enjoyable and seamless, with the best dinner recommendations and taxi arrangements. His personable helpfulness made all the difference for us. We can’t wait to return to Busan and stay at the Westin again!

good service breakfast is okay not great for the price room is clean but bathroom is bit old location is good but you need to walk 5-10mins from the main street.

The view of & access to the beach was absolutely outstanding! Another lovely plus was easy access to the park behind the hotel, with stunning ocean views & pathways. It was within easy access to restaurants via the sidewalk along the inlet - another pretty walk. The hotel was great but could use a few enhancements (e.g. no fan in the bathroom).

The hotel is super old. Their bathroom door was almost peeling apart. Not justifiable for the price. Also, we asked for extra Nespresso capsules and the reception replied it was only 2 free capsules for 2 pax per day. Cmon… haha. The pool is small too and the pool’s toilet has a large amount of hair clogged up at the drainage. I just wanted to get out everyday.

This hotel provides good tea time, breakfast,and hot tub facility. Staffs are really kind and helpful. Hotel location is right next the beach. IT is one of best hotels in Korea.

I Think This hotel is best of best aroud world. It provides a lot of free tea& fine wine sessions. And excellent dining. Staffs were really kind&friendly. Neighborhood and beach area were really beautiful and luxurious.

We always enjoy our stay here. The setting rivals Hawaii and the staff is friendly and professional. The property is older but that has its advantages. The rooms are spacious and so well organized that you might want to stay in and watch the ocean from the big easy chair; no tripping over your suitcase like in many newer properties with smaller rooms. The "Winter Feast" dinner buffet was delicious, with the featured entrees much better prepared than at the typical hotel buffet. The pool area looks out over the beach and was clean and uncrowded. The boardwalk is just outside the door.

Superb location with a view down Haeundae Beach. The hotel has been here for many years but has continued to maintain its rooms and common areas. The indoor pool area is particularly welcoming. The staff was without exception welcoming and professional. The beach is right outside and the adjacent neighborhood has many restaurants.
