"The beds are terrible, both of us had terrible back pain after the first night.
There were loud noises until well after midnight.
The breakfast was nothing more than pre packaged donuts, dry to say the least, and the coffee was terrible.
I won’t stay there again"
"The location is hard to beat. The hotel connects into the Mall so you never have to go outside. The gym is one of the best I’ve been to at a hotel. The value for price is excellent."
"The couch/pull out futon thing was so obviously dirty and we had to ask for new linens. Our room was also missing the full length mirror which I had to request be replaced. Staff members were very nice and friendly and addressed these issues with urgency. However, our room was also very hot hard to keep cool throughout the day. I also wasn’t aware til we checked in that parking was $10 a night. Overall, it was just ok."
