Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Property is located on, and faces, a busy highway. It is an older building with thin walls, creaky floors, and under major renovation. The door had a blank where the deadbolt should have been located, and the space between the door jamb and striker was large enough that a semi-skilled punk could use a flexible pice of metal to gain entry. The bathroom sink was stopped-up when I got into my room, but the property manager was prompt in getting one of the contractors to clear it. Lots of transient workers so voice and vehicle noise typically began around 3:30 - 4 AM. My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the blankets were old and threadbare. Basic amenities (e.g., microwave, refrigerator, wi-fi, TV, and lights) all worked, and there was plenty of very hot water. Nearest dining establishment is 3 block away.
