"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Where to start? The view across the lake was a wonderful. And the staff! They were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They took the time to provide little extras at breakfast or helping to suggest local activities. Next the breakfast was wonderful too. Fresh cheezes, bread, eggs, well seasoned bacon, fresh fruits and pastries made for a scrumptious meal. The pool though small, had an amazing feature that I wasn't expecting; hydro foot massage! After a long day hiking my feet were completely restored. Then I hung out in the spa for a while. The spa was time well spent. The surrounding town of Weggis was quiet and totally Swiss. And the staff (Victor) was happy to take us via a courtesy shuttle to and from the local boat station. He, like all the others bend over backwards to be helpful and kind. Oh...and in the evenings there was life piano music down in the restaurant. All around a great experience that I would do all over again next year. Stay here, you'll love it!"

"Happened upon this hotel as we were looking for somewhere to stay not too far from Lugano and we were really pleasantly surprised. The hotel was right off the highway and easy to get to with free parking on site. There's a gas station with a well stocked store across the street that we took advantage of. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room we had was quite spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the windows were large and made the room quite bright. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are on a road trip through Switzerland like we were."

"The hotel is a little outdated. The room doesn’t have AC , only a little portable cooling system with a pipe out of the window, but the pipe was not hooked on the window just leaving an empty hole next to the bed. The check in at 2pm is too early, the room are not ready at all. So we left the luggage in the dirty room unattended or have a choice to leave by the front desk area without supervision. There’s one tiny elevator but the housekeeping keep using it so a lot of time have to wait or use stairs, the bedding has some funky smell."

"Best spa in Switzerland, perhpas in Europe. Our front desk agent, Daria, was very courteous and warm and made our stay extra comfortable. All the amenities, food, comfy bed, and blend with nature and hiking options made our stay truly relaxing. Will plan to come back for sure."
