"2 adults 3 children stayed for one night for the Halloween celebrations in Derry. Location was excellent, 10min drive from the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre. Upon arrival (we arrived early) our room wasnt ready but we were allowed to use the pool and facilities which was brilliant for the kids. Swim done, our room was ready and we were allowed to check-in 2 hours early. Superb. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel and more than helpful. We dined in the hotel that evening, food...

"Such a lovely warm welcome on arrival. Yasmin was the star for us...very friendly & went the extra mile to be kind & locate me a safety pin for a dress malfunction. Made an effort to acknowledge us each time we passed reception. Bar staff fast, efficient & attentive & 2 did the work of 5. Food lovely & recommend dinner & breakfast there."
