Dear Guests, thank you for you review. I am happy to tell that there will be many renovations in the hotel to keep the high niveau. The rooms on the 3-4. floor are being renovated, and we do plan to modernise and extend the wellness are next year. We count on you, test the better services on your own!

Was die Renovierung betrifft, haben Sie völlig Recht, wir hoffen sehr, dass wir schon bald die Möglichkeit zu weiteren Erneuerungen im Hotel haben werden. Wir haben Ihre Bemerkungen bzgl. Thermenbereich an die Spa Managerin weitergeleitet, sie sie kontrolliert die Wasserqualität täglich, wir bekommen auch oft Kontrolle von der Gesundheitsbehörde und Sauberkeit des Wassers entspricht immer den Vorschriften. Es tut uns jedoch leid, wenn es bei Ihnen Aufetnhalt nicht alles in Ordnung war, hoffen aber trotzdem, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüssen und sie über die Verbesserung unserer Dienstleistungen überzeugen zu dürfen.
