Stay away. There are better options
The location was good and breakfast had variety. Hotel is very dated. The mattress was lumpy and looked very worn. There were no tissues available. At checking we had to walk 1/2 block with lots of luggage as the valet/main entrance was closed. The elevators were small and slow. A lady at reception was unfriendly, on second day demanded to see our room key when we entered the lobby. She said it was “standard procedure” although it was never requested the prior day nor subsequently.

The location is excellent near port for a day trip to Montevideo, major shopping mall is very close and plenty of areas to explore. This hotel is clean, the staff was very helpful and I highly recommend this hotel.

A terrific hotel for the price!
The hotel has been around for a while. The staff is GREAT, very enthusiastic and with a big heart. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are just very nice, with great linens. Decor is a bit early 2000s. Pool was not yet ready. For the price is quite a bargain, right in the middle of EVERYTHING in BA. Will stay again. Thanks guys, fantastic stay!

I had to ask twice about the discount offered. Eventually recieved at checkout. Booked a twice the price taxi to airport..didn't arrive and staff hailed basic taxi from street but had to pay same price as they spoke to driver. Also offered Margaritas on menu but didn't have the makings..pity.

Just ok
Convenient location. Close to tourist attractions. In general the place is showing it’s age. Carpets are old. Front lobby bland. Staff in lobby not very informative. You get your key and that’s it. No information about WiFi, breakfast times and place. We stayed here because it is part of our tour package.

Location is excellent, we have been few times before. We were disssapointed because the pool and gym area was closed and we found out on arrival. In part because we used that facilities almost daily in our previous stay, and looks like after the pandemis didn't re-open, at least be honest when you advertise saying it's closed. Otherwise is very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Well located but.....
The hotel is very well located, but it needs several renovations, the “family room” (2 adt abd 2 chd) is clearly only for 2 persons. They never gave us enough towells, I would rate this a 3* hotel at the most
