La propiedad estaba bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila, cerca de zonas bastantes comerciales para hacer compras. La habitación me parecía la tipología que reservé y vi en expedía, tampoco como cliente VIP Expedía no recibí ninguna amenidad especial de parte del hotel.

When we first arrived to the property at 1:00am, it looked very isolated, but in the morning it was busy. I like that the property was quiet, except for one night when other guests down the hall were yelling and obviously drunk, another guest told them to be quiet. Breakfast was very basic, but filled you up. We really enjoyed our stay, but I wish they would of offered body lotion since I forgot mine. We traveled with our daughter and really appreciated we were accommodated with a room that had it's own hallway and rooms were side by side, reallyl cool and private. Rooms are very basic, and very limited with space, we were only able to hang a few things and the rest we lived out of our luggage for the duration of our trip. We would definately come back to this hotel as it was very coveniently located near Florida Street. The restaurant on the corner I believe was named El Establo? was delicious. There's also a pizza place across the street.

This hotel is quite dated but at a very convenient location. Elevators are very slow and small. A bit smelly at the corridors. Windows are not sound proof and very noisy at night. Construction nearby. Reception and cafe staff very friendly but mostly can’t speak English. Buffet breakfast is good.

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, very well located..At this point, I would like mention the particular attention and excellent help from Nicole at the reception….from my room, I was hearing very strongly the noise coming from a defective manhole outside….I discussed about this bad situation and without hesitating whe gave me another room which was with no noise and super…her kindness and help was very much appreciate…Thanks marcel

The hotel was conveniently located downtown. It was easy to walk around and explore. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to catch a late flight back so they stored my luggage in the back room and I headed out for the day. They had water, juice and coffee available in the lobby for those checking out.

The hotel is close to Florida street which is a center of activity. Good restaurants are not within walking distance unless you like Indian food. Uber and Taxi access is always within 5 min. Restrooms are sufficiently clan but mold was visible in corners. Could be easily solved with clorox. Front desk is extremely helpful as are in most hotels.

There was a power outage when I checked into the hotel, but the 74-year-old man had to drag his suitcase up to the fourth floor, but the room on the fourth floor only had a bed. I booked a room with two beds. After complaining, I was moved to the second floor and had to move my luggage to the second floor. There was no elevator available. No air conditioning during stay

Muchas gracias Raymond por sus comentarios!Entendemos que no está satisfecho de su estadía pero lamentamos el problema general de electricidad que no solo tuvo el hotel sino todo al ciudad, con cortes de luz, dejando a todo el barrio sin electricidad, afectando el funcionamiento correcto del hotel.Hemos realizado las quejas y reclamos a la empresa que provee el servicio pero muchas veces los tiempos no son los deseados.Esperamos poder alojarlo nuevamente para revertir su pensamiento en base a los servicios del hotelSaludos

Nos hospedamos 4 días desde el primer día no había aire acondicionado, el segundo día en la noche No había electricidad, no elevadores, no internet y estábamos en el piso 10 tuvimos que bajar el equipaje en una escalera súper estrecha y nadie nos ofreció ni siquiera una disculpa.

There is no air conditioning during the whole day middle of summer. They claimed it was a temporary issue with the street but didn’t get fixed and night time came. Unable to sleep at this heat. Ended up in a pool of sweat. Ruined trip to Buenos Aires. I would recommend to stay at another hotel during a short stay. Not worth having a trip destroyed.
