Good location but hotel is old inside rooms. Bathroom has no space at all to put any toiletries. Sink tap barely reached the basin. Shower tile floor was slippery and drainage slow. Hallway noise from other rooms was excessive.

Comfortable and good location
One night stay between domestic flights. Quick to and from airport Free breakfast was fabulous. Lots of options. I did walk around the neighborhood. Clean area, lots of small businesses. Wouldstay again

I asked them to help me with transportation. They tried to cheat me. We were 6 people and we were promised a private van, instead they gave us a normal cab. We have to argue with everyone even the cab driver. Horrible experience.

Reception staff are the least helpful I have ever come across. On two separate occasions this month, on two night stays, they have needed me to move between different rooms on each consecutive night. This hassle meant I had to pack my bags each night, check out before 11am and leave my bags at reception until 3pm when I could check into our new room. Not to mention, this is extremely unenvironmentally friendly with regards to the cleaning staff remaking every room. I’m aware that this happened to many others staying in the hotel also. The reception staff also weren’t sure of the time that breakfast service finished.

Ivan, the front desk concierge, was amazing. He was so thorough and friendly. In addition, his knowledge of the English language was refreshing in a different country. He provided lots of great insights to help with our trip. Our first room which was provided was not very nice. It had a plastic shower curtain my grandma would have had. Once the issue was addressed, we were provided a new room, which was perfect. Our only other issue was the WiFi. It was extremely slow if at all. In order to get minimal connectivity we would have to go to the lobby.

Ideally located in a vibrant big city.
A very efficiently run hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities. A comfortable 2 night stay. The reception staff were very good, especially Roberto who went above expectations in helping us with many things.

Cockroaches everywhere!
This place from the outside looks great, and at an initial view, it seems fine. But by the second day, the room is over run by cockroaches and is simply just dirty. Very unhappy!

You will not like this hotel, believe me
It was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Honestly. Since the beginning, the guy at the recepcion At check in was grumpy and didnt seem happy at all. The towels for shower at my mums room were dirty, really dirty, and so so so old that they were torn! it also had yellow stains. Of course we asked the reception to change it and it was a huge problem for the hotel, the way those grumpy guys talked to us it seemed they were doing us a big favor giving us clean towels. It would be funny if it wasnt that tragic! The bathroom was awful, dirty, old, with stains in the wall and floor, it had an old bath with a plastic curtain, which it was (of course) dirty. Really, its unbelievable. Asked the reception to change my parents room, because they could not stay in a place like that. They didnt! The rececionists were rude and said we would have to stand that. Asked for my money back so I could go to another place, it looked like a joke. One of the nights I asked for an iron to iron my clothes (no, there was no iron in the room), they took 45 minutes to take it to me. Now, the breakfast, Omg, they simply have nothinh beside crackers and sweet bread for breakfast. One artificial juice and coffee. That is it. It was better not to have breakfast, its ridiculous, a hotel that says the breakfast is include should be ashamed. There is not even one single good point about this place. Honestly, believe me, dont be there!!!!

This hotel is so bad because due to the service that they offer is so different the real room: 1. The room did not have a telephone. 2. Bad room service 3. Air conditioning did not work 4. They did not help with your suitcases. 5. We booked two rooms with two beds but When we arrived they gave a shared room with a bed and sofa bed.

Decent Hotel!
We stayed in the Hotel for 9 nights. A centrally located hotel in downtown Buenos Aires. 5 mins from the San Martin Plaza and the Pas Palace, 10 mins from Theatre Colon and other major historical sites. Very close to the bus and metro if you are intending to use them. The rooms and bathroom were clean. We had plates, cutlery, microwave and a small fridge in the room with a small table and 4 chairs. So if you are planning to pick up food and bring it in and eat in the hotel it's good. Keep in mind it's a mini fridge with a non-existent freezer. Breakfast timings were good (7:00 am to 10:30 am) and on weekends they served till 11:00 am. The only issue was the Breakfast space was too small. There was no place to walk or even sit if more than 25 people showed up. Always missing cutlery and plates but the people working there were so friendly and nice they would be running around trying to please everyone with a smile on their faces. It was a nice hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, cereal, fruit, toast a nice and different dessert everyday. Food was good. Hotel room was clean and basic. I've seen better rooms and more plush hotel. The sofa beds in the second bedroom were not the most comfortable but you are there to be outside and not be stuck in the room anyways. The hotel staff at the front was very helpful and spoke English fluently which really helped us.

Stayed at this hotel to be near friends staying next door and was not disappointed. Very comfortable bed and not much noise at all (I was on the fifth floor). The room was a bit dark, but of course that's perfect for sleeping!

the hotel was very well located in Buenos Airies
it was only minutes to the train station to Tigre and very central with lots of good restaurants in close proximity Florida Ave was right around the corner which is something everyone should do when in Buenos Aires Hotel was priced right and is good value all things considered.

First the suite, nice on photos on the web, was horrible. Where the TV set was supposed to be were some cables hanging out the wall. Safety box was not working. Furniture, carpets and sanitary outdated. The rooms in the renovated floors of the hotel are small, not enough light and windows made translucent so you could not see into the small inner-patio.

There were three of us staying at the Hotel so having the Family Suite was reasonably priced and worked well. The suite included two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a big room that had a living room, dining area and kitchenette. The location was fine for our sightseeing adventures. The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff was terrific. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. The lobby and entrance to the hotel felt new and modern. However, the suite itself felt dated
