The hotel staff are amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself has nice rooms and facilities overall. The breakfast and lunches we had were good. Great value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-priced hotel that is fairly central and has decent facilities.

Nice hotel the location is not optimum but you can walk easy to the main city parts. Staff is very helpful and polite and in general rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Price is good

We couldn’t thank the hotel enough to provide us with complimentary luggage storage one day prior to our check in time. The property is very clean and airy, our stay included breakfast, which was a full hearty breakfast with a variety of foods including fresh fruits and vegetables. We we’re very happy with our stay here.

Very ordinary hotel that prides itself on offering the minimum. Room has no amenities like Kleenex or a pen. And forget about any individual toiletries. Bulk shampoo. Bulk conditioner and 2 bars of soap. Also no English tv channels. Not even CNN. Who doesn't carry CNN? Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Location is awesome in the theatre district a block away from the obelisk and Florida street to change money. Fine if you're looking for basic. Otherwise avoid

The hotel was reasonably priced, well located and staff were quick to provide directions and information about sites in the area. Reasonably close to obelisk and Theatre Colon. Walked to Congressional building and adjoining plaza.

We loved this hotel in Buenos Aires! It was clean, modern and in a great location to visit the sights. The staff was very helpful and the included breakfast was excellent. The only negative was the lack of English on the television. Get a room on a high floor facing the back. They will arrange a trip to Ezeiza International Airport for about $17 US which is very cheap.

Fabulous hotel in comfort and cleanliness and mostly helpful staff and would have given 5 stars but was let down by the hotel selling sightseeing tour that did not fulfil what was promised and was extremely late starting and therefore short of the time promissed. When complained to hotel suddenly not very helpful.

Very clean, modern hotel close to good restaurants and several major attractions. The efficient air conditioning was very much appreciated (it was 35 degrees outside) and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

The staff was great. Especially the front desk. The breakfast offerings were large and varied. But the servers at the bar/restaurant looked like they didn't want to be there --- talking among themselves and ignoring us for a long time. I had to ASK them to order dinner. The food and drink prices were astronomically high.
