Felt more like ibis budget than ibis styles. We arrived at about 2pm when check in was starting, were given keys to a room that was not ready/clean, then got given keys to a room that clearly had not been checked by housekeeping as there were no towels, no tissues, almost no toilet paper etc. The room its self was fine and the beds comfortable however the noise from the street was very loud when the windows were opened (the room was warm and the heating controls were partialy broken) police sirens could be heard often late at night and early morning even with windows closed. The breakfast was decent however the staff try to clear your table before you have even finished the food so it feels a bit like you are being rushed, same with the housekeeping as we left the room to go to breakfast with over 1 hour of breakfast left and 2 hours until check out they saw us leave the room and we saw them go into the room to see if we had left. The front desk some were helpful and polite others not so much and it was disappointing to have to go to the lobby to get hot water for a tea or coffee, the drinks machine was not very good and the cups tiny, again all seems to scream budget. All in all an ok stay but having stayed in other ibis styles hotels and ibis budget hotles this felt more like budget not styles and like they just want to process you through the turnstyles and then replace you with the next customer. Like a travelodge but less dated.
