"I was so happy with my apartment! I wanted to extend as soon as I arrived. The location couldn’t be better. It was inside some sort of an outdoor small mall, with restaurants…2 blocks down was the subway and trams that would get to anywhere I wanted to go. The staff was very helpful. "The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities offered. Staff was professional and prompt to help. I had to ask for a doctor to come see my daughter that was not feeling well and this was quickly arranged by the staff. Breakfast was a nice buffet, charged to the room. This place is very well located, not so close to the city center but you can still walk there. I would definitely come back to this hotel on future visits to Budapest. "

"On check in I felt that the staff were more interested in trying to sell site seeing tickets to everyone and not checking people in. The room looked clean .but you could see that the front door handle was hanging off and indeed broke the next day. Staff should have noted that before my arrival. Bedding was changed every day but the room was not cleaned during my 8 day stay. The area out side was at the weekend . full of stag/hen parties to the extent of my wife and I returning to our room...

"Not so good, Studio apartment, no Sofa, but two double beds (it was supposed there there will be a Sofa). I had to claim because the room was not clean and there were only one 200ml glass in the kitchen, they cleaned the room and brought me glasses, but took two days because of a key problem."
